Room was clean and big, some noise from the street below and the air conditioner was on and off all night, when it was on it was freezing, when it turned off it was too warm in the room. Had the thermostat set to the same temp all night.

Maintaining the water mess. Kids running around after being in the pool and water through the lobby, elevator and halls is very unsafe

I chose this hotel so I could go swimming during my stay and there was swimming lessons going on. Very disappointing. Also there wasn’t enough pillows for us. Also super difficult to bring your luggage up after parking as you only have stairs. The front desk should have let me know to bring it in prior to parking. Room was clean and safe.

The bistro at the hotel is very good for drinks, snacks as
well as breakfast.

Great place to stay; staff are all fantastic!
Charcoal Steak House is great; try Del's Italian Kitchen is a nice place to relax and eat too much home cooked food.
See you next year for Oktoberfest

I did like that there is a pool. For any subscription it has to be logged in. It should have an auto logout so if guests forget to log out, others won't have access. The temperature in the room was very cold, especially at night. I turned off the fan, then the room was too warm.

First off customer service from the front desk Agents Was amazing. Neeksha, Rishabh and Noah wereVery helpful and nice. The roons were clean and amenities close by.
