The ambiance and the warm welcome from receptionist, the gym, spa the team is professional and welcoming. Keep it up. Improvement the restaurant when one orders a meal let the team state the exact time it takes to prepare a meal and not over promise by Lessing the hours. Otherwise the service is excellent.
