Clean and tidy Traveldoge. Had no issues with my rooms, other than not great phone reception but is still conectable to phone calls.All members of staff have been very helpful,and friendly to talk too. The supervisor Molly is very helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Deserves a raise for her hard work. Overall I was satisfied with my stay here

We were disappointed that there was no internet access on our phones and had to pay £3.50 to use Wi-Fi. There also wasn’t enough parking available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the family room felt very small and cramped for our stay.

Me and my partner had a lovely time at your accommodation we would also like to thank the staff member molly she greeted us at reception and was very enthusiastic and helpful couldn’t of asked for better service

Cannot complain about any part of our visit absolutely amazing hotel staff and food. Very clean quiet and relaxing environment that made our little get away much better than everyone imagined.

Great stay at Colchester Travelodge. Same guy at the desk every time I walked past, also serving breakfast - not sure he went home. I run a pub and can recognise great service and you could see he was going out of his way with every guest, well done Mike. Also had a nice dinner served by Julie I think her name was, all in all made my stay for a work event very enjoyable.

Went to see Col U play at home, originally from Colchester wanted to see my favourite team but having moved away I wanted the chance to stay over and catch up with old friends too - this hotel is two minutes walk from the stadium, couldn’t be more ideal! Fantastic hotel, brand new, great team and really clean - no complaints

Just easy! Working away can be a pain. Away from family, away from home comforts etc. I stayed at Northern Gateway Colchester for a number of consecutive nights over a few months. Over 60 to be exact. To my delight this Travelodge was a shining example, stand out from the rest! The staff are on point! Polite, engaging and thorough. Cleanliness is tip top, bar and restaurant well priced, and lots of choice with a satisfying palate. Honesty I’d rather stay at this hotel and travel a lil extra than stay closer to my work site. I’m a big lad and the beds are amazing and bedding is quality. I truly can’t fault my experience and makes working away that much easier. A+ thanks guys

Good location , nice clean rooms , friendly staff . Bar available 24hrs , breakfast was nice . There are places to eat near by and things for the kids to do .

我到达时房间在三楼，但由于我行动不便，酒店女士很友好地帮我换到了一楼的房间，没有丝毫推诿。她非常热情友好，唯一的问题是酒店外停车位不足。
