I've been using this Travelodge for over a year now, 3 days a week, commuting in while I completed a vocational course at the University of the West of England next door. The Travelodge has served me very well, and staff have been fantastic, especially Nikkiey and Joanna. Easy to get in to from the M5 via Filton, or M5-M4-M32. It's on a retail park so there are plenty of shops nearby, and with UWE having a major bus station transport into Bristol is no problem. The Travelodge itself was quiet and I had no problems completing my coursework successfully. Good hotel all round at a fair value.

Hotel is clean and basic . Parking is in the retail park , so not outside the hotel. Breakfast was lacking . Many food items were not replenished, so we were left with only half the foods we would have had. Still not replenished during the time we were there, approx 20-25minutes. Key card to the room didn't work and there was no one around to deal with this . The overworked person from the kitchen sorted it.

I stayed here with 3 friends for one there birthdays. Overall it has been a very good experience; the staff here are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, comfy bed and nice bathrooms. We had breakfast here one morning and it was amazing. The food was lovely and there was a large selection. Overall I had a very good time here and would definitely recommend it. There is also a large Asda and a 24/7 McDonalds within 1 minute walking distance. 10/10

From the moment I arrived here the service was outstanding specially from a particular lovely woman nikkiey outstanding place 😀
我们深夜才到达酒店，入住手续快捷简便，睡了个好觉，第二天早上享用了丰盛的早餐。房间设施比较简朴，缺少一些必要的储物空间或置物架。
抵达时感觉棒极了！Nikkiey 和 Alayah 热情地接待了我，她们非常出色，而且超级幽默，让我在长途旅行后心情大好。地理位置优越，设施也很好。但最棒的还是工作人员，他们应该得到加薪！！！
Nikkiey真是Travelodge的宝贵财富！她热情周到的客户服务让我们一到酒店就感觉像在家一样。我有点害怕电梯，但Nikkiey用温暖而体贴的微笑帮我解决了这个问题，让我再次感到宾至如归。之后，我在享用新年夜晚餐时不小心把食物洒在了我的白色套头衫上。我立刻回酒店询问是否有洗衣机。这时Nikkiey从办公室走出来，放下手头的工作来帮助我的顾客，把套头衫带回家帮我洗干净，并去除了污渍。因为我不想住在顶楼，所以房间被降级了，但她仍然特意去给我们买了KitKat巧克力和热巧克力。说实话，我真的无法要求更好的服务了。我住过很多Travelodge，从来没有体验过如此周到的客户服务。她绝对是酒店的宝贵财富，应该把这种服务理念传授给其他酒店。她的员工也和她一样出色，这说明她对员工的要求很高，因为他们都很有礼貌、友善、热情。Joanna也非常好，总是面带微笑，乐于助人，就像Nikkiey一样。早餐也很棒！妮基很高兴见到你，也很感谢你和你的团队提供的服务。祝你新年快乐，也感谢你的团队，特别是杰里米和凯莉。
屋顶水箱一夜之间干涸了。酒店里除了几罐饮用水外，其他地方都没有水。淋浴不能用，马桶不能冲，茶/咖啡也没了。直到上午晚些时候，仍然没有水。此外，我们房间太热，根本睡不着。令人难以置信的是，竟然没有任何系统提醒水箱缺水。
这是我第一次入住这家酒店，它和其他我住过的Travelodge酒店相比，简直太棒了！干净、现代，而且员工服务周到，特别感谢Nikkiey，她让我的入住体验非常愉快！
这里的团队简直太棒了，我每次来布里斯托都会住这里。团队成员都非常热情、风趣健谈，我和他们有过很多愉快的交流，特别是Nikkiey和Mac。
