We stayed at Fairmont Hanoi for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in staff were extremely friendly and warmly welcomed us with birthday wishes, which immediately made us feel special. Our room was very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The hotel even prepared a birthday cake and a welcome birthday card for me — such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The bathhouse is absolutely beautiful, and the gym is modern and well-equipped. I would especially like to mention Shang, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us around the bathhouse, explaining every detail clearly. The other staff at the bathhouse and gym were also very kind, helpful, and welcoming. One of the best highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There is both à la carte and buffet service, and you can really tell that everything is high quality. The food tasted soooo good! My favorite dish was the crab omelette — absolutely delicious. It’s honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.
