Everything was very good The room looked newly decorated and clean.The hotel is in need of refurbishement in places ,breakfast was excellent.would stay again in a good location,close to Wetherspoons.

Excellent price/ value, fairly spacious but basic room with few furnishings, bathroom door oddly very narrow in my room! Very large hotel next to seafront and high street so good location and some free parking available in nearby streets. Would recommend as a budget-friendly option.

Breakfast was too expensive for a continental style at £14.50.
Only 1 pillow on the beds and no evening meal so had to find another hotel. No 24 hour reception as advertised and no fee car park either. Decide we could not stay another night due to poor compliance with advertisement.

Staff were great. My room was a good size ( I had a double room). Curtain was hanging off one side. Shower curtain was also hanging off. Shower was broken, so I could not put it up higher on the pole. Bath mat had mould on the underside of it. Breakfast was nice, with a varied choice of food.

i have stayed in this hotel direct before and it is wh i booked again, but through You! i booked in advance and i did try to change my dates to October, but i could not get through to any human at all on several numbers... so i tel the hotel to get help. they said they could not help as i booked through ******* and i explained ui could not get hold of anyone at Expedia????...the reason i had to change my 1 week stay date because my brother had a choma and had an emergency hospital scare and me and my family here to support Jon.
i tel hotel again to explain my situation and asked who has my money paid £300+ ? they said they had it and i have requested it be used to re arrange new dates .... which is reasonable request... please can you help? my email address is rosie@rosiewood.com. i am viewing homes to move to Devon.... thank you

这家酒店破败不堪，急需翻新。墙纸剥落，到处都是明显的水渍，墙壁开裂，浴室门严重变形，只能用力才能打开和关上。更糟糕的是，酒店又脏又臭，散发着霉味。早餐也很糟糕，所有食物看起来都像是放了好几个小时了。
房间很漂亮，工作人员也很友好热情。
高高的天花板上有一些很大的蜘蛛网。房间很热，但幸好窗户可以打开。
三楼屋檐下的房间，非常热。老旧的窗户只能打开3厘米，根本无法通风。地理位置不错，附近有收费停车场。
