New, fresh resort with nice valley view it's just one and half hour from chandigarh airport. Room was large with balcony with valley view, restaurant serve north indian, tasty food, Sangramjit, Umesh is very cooperative. Ankit at reception is also good. No steps ,nice elevator, seniors friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Ameris, Kasauli. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall ambiance is very peaceful. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. Many thanks to Vikrant and Umesh who served the food with so much love and spoke so nicely. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality truly lived up to expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would love to visit again.

We recently booked a 2-day break at this new Sterling property in Kasauli and overall, it was a fantastic experience for my family. The hotel is modern, vibrant, and carries a wonderful "new hotel" energy with its wooden architecture and positive vibes. Location & Property: Located in Dharampur (about 8km before Kasauli Mall Road), it is perfectly situated to avoid the narrow, crowded lanes of the main town. There is ample parking and plenty of great cafes nearby. The property itself is well-designed; we especially loved the recreational area (foosball, carrom, etc.) and the large open terrace which is perfect for sunbathing. Rooms: We stayed in a Premier Room, which was spacious enough for a small family even with an extra bed. The highlights were the high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a large balcony featuring a swing and garden chairs—ideal for enjoying the valley views with a cup of tea. Dining: The rooftop restaurant offers a great ambiance and includes a toddler play area. They serve a complimentary high tea with snacks, which was a lovely touch. Note: This is a pure vegetarian hotel. Areas for Improvement: The only downside was the service. In-room dining was inconsistent; one order arrived too early, while another was so late we had to cancel it. Additionally, the front desk could improve their soft skills. When I requested a one-hour late checkout, I received an immediate "No, we are already booked" without the staff checking the system or trying to be accommodating. A more polite, "let me check and get back to you" approach would better suit a 4-star property. However got the extension later. Verdict: A great choice for a family getaway. If they iron out the service gaps, this place will be unbeatable.

Most amazing experience - breath of fresh air, greenery all around, direct sunlight bathing therapy to cleanse the soul, hot tub jacuzzi, steam and sauna to make up for the perfect lazy staycation. Very good collection of books in the library and kids play area. Loved reading a book in the huge attached balcony with swing. Food is finger-licking good - we requested the chef to make some pahari food for us and he surprised us with sweet walnut siddu and savory siddu. Loved every bit of our stay and must recommend for couples, singles groups and families. Value for money.

Me and my wife booked Sterling Ameris Kasauli for one night, We had an incredibly joyful and refreshing stay at here. Perfect location and peaceful atmosphere, stunning valley and mountain views, delicious food, and wonderfully relaxing spa made the experience unforgettable. Our clean, modern room tucked away in nature added to the charm. We especially loved spending time on the patio, which offered the best views and a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the calm surroundings. Overall it was truly wonderful experience and absolute value for money we would love to experience again.

The restaurant was great. Good food preparation customised as per dietary requirements specially taken care of by Mr Vikrant and Mr Hemraj. The property is located in an area that is just on the road but yet remains silent ans surrounded by trees.

We went for a family vacation at Sterling, Kasauli and we had an amazing stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. Highly recommended. Kids enjoyed jacuzzi and steam bath.

We went to sterling, Kasauli in oct. post Diwali for a weekend getaway. The food is yummy,the staff is friendly, and an aesthetic place for influencers. It's a 20 min. drive from Mall road. They have steam, Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities that you can pre book (free of cost). They have an amazing play area for kids and a patio where you can sunbathe while kids are busy playing. Highly recommended.
