The room was impeccably clean and the hotel itself is in pristine condition. Overall, this (by far) exceeded my expectations in terms of value. I stay at Hyatt's as often as I can because they are pretty reliable. I was surprised at how much I loved this stay. The location is a bit out of downtown - but it is a really short drive.

Such a clean hotel. It's only been open 6 weeks but everything felt brand new still. I would love to see just a bit more elevation in the food at breakfast. Less sysco food. More local and fresh.

Another great Hyatt property! And, in a town that so desperately needed an update! Before now, options were severely limited in Post Falls. I'm so happy to have this option as my 'go to' moving forward! Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you, Hyatt Place Post Falls, for helping make this holiday visit with my grandchildren such a great memory. We'll see you again for sure!

We stayed here on just the second day the hotel opened, and everything was fantastic! The property and location are absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our stay even better. We visit this area frequently for work, and this will definitely be our go-to hotel from now on. So thrilled to finally have a Hyatt in North Idaho!
