Big and clean room. Such a great hotel with their pool, steam sauna and fitness center giving a peaceful atmosphere great for a peace and quiet stay. The receptionist is helpful and friendly. They also have a nice coffee and eatery. the location is great in the city but not losing sleep due to crowed and noise from neighborhood. Really great price for what they offer.

I recently organized a workshop for Fujifilm, bringing 45 guests to Soho Villa and Resort in Koh Kong on 12th & 13th December 2025. Due to the ongoing conflict between Cambodia and Thailand, it was unsafe to proceed as planned. I contacted the hotel and communicated with the General Manager, Mr. Limheng ( 蔡利兴 ), to request a postponement to a safer time, either in March or April. Initially, I was assured that this would be possible. However, months later (28th January), I was suddenly informed that if we did not bring our guests by the end of January, our booking would be canceled and our deposit of $1,170 would be forfeited. Despite repeated attempts (multiple calls with no answer, contact via Telegram with no response) to negotiate and explain the safety concerns, the response from Mr. Limheng ( 蔡利兴 ) and the hotel was dismissive and inflexible. As a fellow business professional, I find this approach troubling. It not only undermines trust but also shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope the hotel will reconsider its policies and prioritize the safety and well-being of its guests in the future.
