Great new hotel. Very friendly team. The hotel has 2 restaurants, one formal Tuscan restaurant and a more casual Belgian Brasserie. I tried both restaurants and the food and service are excellent.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard Ghent on my business trip in January. The staff was friendly, the room very comfortable (brand new!) and I loved the breakfast buffet. Easy on-site parking and quick commute to the city center - definitely recommend!

我目前入住这家酒店，已经住了一晚，还有一晚要住。遗憾的是，到目前为止的体验令人失望，主要是因为客房清洁差和服务不专业。尽管我们白天都在外面，晚上回来却发现房间没有打扫。当我们向楼层的客房服务人员反映情况时，他们却说“时间到了”，所以无法打扫。这种解释令人无法接受，也体现了酒店缺乏专业精神和服务责任感。如果酒店没有足够的客房服务人员来应对满房情况，就不应该满房出售房间。考虑到房价，基本的客房清洁是基本要求。我们预订的是四人家庭房，房间非常小，空间拥挤，活动空间有限，因此清洁问题更加令人恼火。到目前为止，我们入住期间唯一值得称道的地方是值班经理，他很有礼貌，并努力通过提供干净的毛巾和补充茶水咖啡来改善情况。虽然我们很感激，但这并不能弥补整体服务上的不足。
这是一家全新的酒店。我住过世界各地的很多万怡酒店，这家真的非常棒！两家很棒的餐厅，地理位置优越，房间设施齐全，应有尽有。感谢根特万怡酒店团队！
