We have stayed at this property several times over many years. It is now managed by JW Marriott, which recently completed an extensive remodel of rooms and facilities. The rooms offer every modern convenience and are an oasis of calm and serenity in an otherwise busy and crowded city. The facilities are top-notch by American standards, and the buffet is outstanding. What sets the world's top hospitality venues apart is the staff and management's willingness, skill and ability to make your stay exceptionally pleasant. By this metric, the JW Marriott Executive Apartments are truly world-class. As with any newly remodeled property, we did run into a few teething issues, but these were promptly and efficiently resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, we're very impressed with the quality of the staff, management and the facilities.

We recently stayed at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City for three nights, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located. The food was absolutely excellent, with a great variety and outstanding taste. Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The service throughout our stay was professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the concierge team, especially Manoj and Deepak. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They guided us to some of the most famous and beautiful places in Bengaluru and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience exploring the city. Their dedication and hospitality genuinely made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again

Dear Team at UB City Marriott, We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, the ambience is warm, and the hospitality was appreciated. A special mention to Mark at the front desk ; he was extremely helpful, approachable, and professional throughout our stay. He truly made us feel welcomed. We were touched by the thoughtful token of love he arranged, and I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a shawl. These small gestures made our stay feel special and personal. However, we were slightly disappointed with the buffet experience. We had to wait in a queue to be seated, which was unexpected. Once seated, there were no cutleries placed at the table, and we had to request them. The buffet spread also felt somewhat limited in options. Additionally, we requested tea, but it was forgotten and we had to remind the staff again. We believe that smoother coordination during peak hours and more attentive service would significantly enhance the dining experience. Thank you once again for your hospitality.
