I visited this place with my boss, but this place is so amazing that i wish to be here with my family. The room is nicely set up, comfy and clean. No insects. They provide capsule coffee in dining room. Hornbill sight right infront of my suite villa early in the morning. Suggestion, make a hornbill station where hornbills can come visit regularly. Amazing sunset. Restaurant has not been set up, room delivery breakfast is very good. Staff are very attentive and kind. Make you feel most at home. This place is so amazing that i want to bring my family for my next trip. They do provide BBQ facilities, i will try out the BBQ facilities during my next visit.

The chalets at Sutera Horizon Niah are gorgeous and work very well for a group, with four large bedrooms with ensuites arranged around a kitchen and large sitting room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, delivering our breakfasts on trays. There are various dining options for lunch and dinner nearby in Niah town (especially Delight Cafe). I left behind my walking shoes and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging to return them to me. Much appreciated!

Stayed at the Painted Suite King and really loved the peaceful vibe of the place. This area is especially meaningful to our family as it’s the birthplace of my mother-in-law, long before it became part of the National Park. The suite is comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and being surrounded by nature brings back a sense of calm and nostalgia. Staff were friendly and welcoming especially Jeffery and Vanessa if im not mistaken. A special place with both history and heart.

1.5 hours drive from Miri. Newly opened resort with only a few guests. Tranquil place where you can enjoy nature & explore Batu Niah, if it opens. Rooms are spacious and clean. They provide local TV channels, but there is no wifi. We need to use our own mobile data. That isn't very reassuring. There is no restaurant on site. You need to drive to Niah town to buy food. Breakfast is served in the room, but there was no choice. We need to choose one of the four items they mentioned. There is no table & chair in the room. You need to share the living room with other guests. I think there is a lot to finish to serve the guests. Maybe I'll go there during the pre-opening promo. Hope they provide everything when they fully open.

Our family had a pleasant stay at the accomodation. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy nature. The chalet was comfortable and generally clean. However, we encountered an issue with the bathroom where the water was blocked, and the TV provided in the room did not have an internet connection, which limited its use. Overall, it was still a good experience, and I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

It was a truly wonderful natural environment. Waking up to the sound of birdsong felt especially pleasant to someone like me, accustomed to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all friendly and welcomed us warmly, and the renovated interior of the hotel left a positive impression overall. That said, there were a few aspects of housekeeping where I felt a bit more attention would have been appreciated. I sincerely hope the hotel will continue to welcome many guests in the future with an even higher level of hospitality.
