This hotel is clean, confortable and modern. The employees are helpful and polite. I had a room on higher floor, 2 Queens bed and a sofa, for a family it is really cozy and confortable. The pool is a little cold but other than that I have nothing bad to say. Plenty of towels, not too crowded. Gym seem nice even if we didn't use it. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel Prior to our trip to the Dominican Republic late February. We actually had to go a day early from Saskatoon due to a storm moving in. the day The Hotel staff were excellent and treated us like family upon our arrival. We spoke with the Director of Sales Joelle and explained we were their due to the storm back home. Asked her about things we could do to spend the extra day. She recommended a great mall within a sort distance that we should check out. It was great. She even gave us robes and slippers to use at the pool. Which was great. Every time we saw her she enquired about our stay and if we needed anything. She was so warm and welcoming and you could tell her main priority was guest care and satisfaction. The staff were also very attentive and happy which was great. Thanks Joelle for making our extra day stay at the hotel, a warm and welcoming one. We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling. Or for business meetings. They have great conference rooms that can hold large numbers of people. And there were a few groups at the time of our stay. And they looked to be well taken care of. Thank you. .

This Hyatt Place Toronto Airport is a brand new property and shares the same owner as the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport next door, which had gone through a renovation recently. Now it explains why both hotels share a shuttle service, which is perhaps the only reason why this is a four stars stay, not five stars. I really don't mind both hotels share the same bus but crowding is an issue for the mornings to airport, and for the evening shuttles back to hotel. They really need to adjust the schedule a bit - maybe add more shuttles in the early and late hours, and the crowding was fairly bad. It is really not safe for anyone to stand especially on a snowy day. One of the drivers express some dismay when I tell him to drop me off at terminal three, as the rest of the bus go to terminal one. Unless he was going to buy me a new ticket, I could not control which terminal airlines use at YYZ. The hotel property is quite lovely, as it is a brand new. To my surprise, the hotel restaurant was actually very busy in the evening hours but they did not open late. Thankfully you have a Boston Pizza next door that opened a bit longer. There are a few restaurants nearby. The service at the reception was very good and the staffs went out of their ways to assist guests. Unfortunately they could easily get swarmed in the evening hours, even they were fully staffed. The room is really nice and the decor showcases an updated Hyatt Place decor/look. The fitness room is really nice and I really appreciate the array of cardio and weigh machines, especially for a lower level Hyatt Place chain. The breakfast was really good for a Hyatt Place and I actually think you can pay for it. The service at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent and the food was not bad. You can order freshly cooked eggs in any styles that you like. In conclusion, I had an excellent stay and have actually booked my next stay for another overnight in early June. I just hope that the shuttle service can improve with larger and more modern vehicles, and better frequency in the morning evening hours. I don't think I am asking too much for a shuttle every 20 minutes especially the buses serves two major hotels.

Ended up here after WestJet cancelled our connecting flight to Turks and Caicos. My husband and I were disappointed that our trip celebrating our 30th anniversary had been disrupted, but the staff at this location was WONDERFUL! After they learned about our travel challenges on our anniversary, Maggie from housekeeping came to our room with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, and a lovely note wishing us a happy anniversary from the staff! What a thoughtful gesture! Brought smiles after the frustration with the airline. Beautiful hotel, kind and compassionate staff! Thank you again so very much.

这是我几十年来在酒店睡得最香的一次！房间完美无瑕——从超级舒适的床铺和床上用品、柔软的浴巾，到静音效果极佳的空调和隔音效果，一切都无可挑剔。早餐也很棒。员工服务一流。免费机场接送服务也很可靠。
这家机场酒店太棒了，新开业不久，一切运转良好。床很舒服，隔音效果好，提供热腾腾的自助早餐、健身房和游泳池，还包含机场班车服务。在我们住过的同级别机场酒店中，这家绝对能排进前10%。
服务很慢。经理虽然在里面转来转去，但完全没有帮前台接待员的忙。排队的人很多，办理入住花了20多分钟。旅途劳顿，真是雪上加霜。
