The management/front desk team, especially Ms. Edith, Jessica, and Bryna, is professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel at home. These ladies are warm, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and supported. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition, especially Ms. Monique and Mr. Lee, who are truly phenomenal. Their attention to detail, kindness, and dedication are evident in every interaction and in the immaculate condition of the property. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it shows.
