I am currently staying at Hotel Oasis Suites on Gokul Road, Hubli. I have been denied basic drinking water by the hotel management. After consuming the initial complimentary bottles, the hotel staff and management explicitly rejected my request for more water, stating I must pay for any additional water. Under the Indian Sarais Act (1867) and subsequent FSSAI/Consumer Court rulings, every hotel is legally mandated to provide free, safe potable drinking water to its guests. By refusing to provide water unless purchased, the hotel is engaging in an "Unfair Trade Practice" and "Deficiency of Service." I requested regular filtered/RO water as an alternative to bottled water, which was also declined/ignored.

Excellent hospitality provided by Receptionist and felt good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in Hubli. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, and good looking rooms. There was Staff are very helpful and polite.

a very well maintained hotel. The rooms are spacious and well/neatly maintained. Room service is also efficient. The food in their restaurant is fabulous. the front office staff are great welcoming at time check in and The food is moderately priced. Overall a good experience

Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Perfect location, close to everything we needed. Will definitely be back!"
