The owner is of Chinese heritage, and we have always welcomed Chinese guests with sincerity and respect.The booking was made for 2 guests; however, 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 9) arrived. As clearly stated in the booking terms, extra charges apply from the third person onward. The total extra person fee for 2 nights (including breakfast and onsen access) was THB 1,800. As goodwill, we charged only THB 900 for one child, waived the remaining THB 900, allowed the second child complimentary breakfast and onsen access, and provided Chinese New Year gifts and treats. Normally, without the Extra Person fee, the second child would not have been eligible for breakfast and onsen access.Regarding safety, we are registered under the Red Box Police Program with regular patrols. Reception operates 6:00–24:00, with a 24-hour Duty Manager monitoring CCTV. The property is well lit and located near a five-star hotel and an international sports club. The Studio room connects directly to the onsen via a rear door with a double-lock system that can be secured from inside; the outer lock is opened only during Family Happy Hours (7:30–11:00 am).Our open-air mineral onsen, one of the largest in Chiang Mai, is maintained at approximately 40°C and is closed three times daily for cleaning to ensure cleanliness and safety. Usage rules are clearly stated. Children aged 6+ may use the onsen under supervision. Guests are requested to dry their body and feet after bathing. In this case, the children were not consistently reminded by their parent to dry off, resulting in a wet surface, which our housekeeping team immediately resolved.We follow traditional ryokan hygiene standards: outdoor shoes are stored in lockers and indoor slippers are disinfected after each use. CCTV confirms the guest placed outdoor shoes on the designated clean indoor slipper shelf, causing misunderstanding. Allegations of poor hygiene are incorrect.During the stay, the guest approached arriving guests and shared false statements intended to damage the hotel’s reputation. We have witness statements and complete CCTV footage with audio. The matter is under legal review. The reservation was under a full-charge cancellation policy. A request to cancel after check-in, due to dissatisfaction with clearly stated charges, could not be accommodated.All policies were clearly communicated and handled professionally, fairly, and consistently for all guests. The issue arose when certain service fees and damage charges—clearly stated in the booking conditions and hotel policy—were declined.As a gesture of goodwill, we:• Fully waived the extra person charge for the third guest, totaling THB 1,800 (THB 450 x 4 nights) in accordance with Trip.com policy for children aged 5–12.• Reduced the child breakfast fee to THB 300 per day and charged for two days only (THB 600 in total).• Upgraded two additional guests to an Executive King Room for three nights without charging the applicable rate difference.• Initially covered the curtain replacement cost on behalf of the guests to prevent further escalation.For clarity:1. Three guests (2 adults, 1 child aged 7) stayed 4 nights in an Executive King Room. The booking confirmation clearly states an extra person fee applies. The guests refused this charge; our Operation Manager significantly reduced it as a special consideration.2. Two additional guests booked a Studio Room (3 nights) and Executive King Room (1 night). To avoid relocation, they were upgraded to Executive King for all three nights without upgrade fees.3. In Room 202, visible makeup stains were found on a custom-made white sheer curtain. As Chez Nij Ryokan Onsen is a historic former summer residence of a Governor of Chiang Mai, the curtains are premium and specially commissioned. Our appointed fabric specialist confirmed that the stain had deeply penetrated the fabric and required full replacement. Although the guests initially offered to send the curtain for professional cleaning, it was later personally cleaned instead, resulting in further spreading of the stain, wrinkling, discoloration, and irreversible damage to the fabric layers.The guests declined compensation. To prevent escalation, our Operation Manager personally advanced THB 4,500. Management has since reimbursed the staff member, as the damage resulted from guest actions.Since opening in 2025, we have maintained consistent professionalism and positive guest feedback. While we regret any dissatisfaction, all procedures were handled appropriately, fairly, and with exceptional flexibility. 超级满分!服务好!巨干净!进门开始就要换鞋,这么干净的名宿带小孩住的很放心!床品非常非常舒适!但是找了半天没找到床品啥牌子。
很新很新有家感觉的一家民宿,早餐也很丰富
非常有特色的温泉特色酒店。我一开始还纳闷为什么清迈会有温泉,跟老板聊天之后才发现,这是他引的真正的地下水,经过处理建的一个温泉的酒店,非常有新意。老板给我介绍他的爷爷奶奶是泰国的重臣,这个房子里面有很多他们的照片,还有一些国家的领导人赠送的画、礼物,这里面的摆设都很珍贵,酒店服务特别好,很温馨,很贴心,给你服务得无微不至。早餐特别丰富,吃了连中午饭都不用吃了。特别推荐来这里,这里在外面玩一天之后,来这里泡一个温泉,感觉非常舒服。还有携程的价格很贵,我希望写成提供跟实际一样的价格,不要赚我们太多钱。
还有酒店里面是卫星电视,能看到中国的电视剧,非常好。酒店外面是一个院子,晚上自己坐在外面看星星,静坐特别舒服,打车也很方便。这里离宁曼路很近,晚上去宁曼路吃饭特别棒。前台还会帮我们定位,给我们推荐非常好的泰式餐厅,真的是服务到家,入门口之前需要换成他们的拖鞋,所以里面都很干净。酒店员工会帮你拉行李,送你上的士,很贴心,服务周到。如果你忘了带伞,还可以让他们借伞给你。
酒店虽然不在市中心,但打车去宁曼路也就10-20分钟。外围环境很不错,周围是民居,旁边还有一个网球场。整个酒店和房间都是日式风格,打理的非常干净。服务超好,每天早餐都是一顿大餐,至少有5道菜还有咖啡/茶或者牛奶,生怕客人饿肚子。第一天因为出门太早来不及吃早餐,酒店还准备了三明治便当盒,也是豪华配置,比国内某些只盯着赚钱的五星级酒店都要好太多!应小朋友的要求,一定要给酒店满星评价,下次来清迈还会住这里!希望后续能在卫生间增加置物架或者挂钩,这样洗澡的时候衣服也有地方可以放。
日式酒店,卫生好,环境也不错,温泉也可以,说说问题吧,整体环境卫生服务早餐啥的都蛮好,就是房间太小,隔音属实是差,全木结构好看是好看,隔音是真的差,清迈很小,飞机每天从头顶飞过都巨吵,如果你睡眠浅,建议住高端酒店会好很多,床也小,俩人带个小朋友睡两张0.9米的床真的苦不堪言,合起来也没法睡。。
中国人不骗中国人,这家酒店完全没有任何隐私,卫生间没有窗户也就忍了,竟然有个可以出去的小门,半夜谁知道啥人能进来,而且温泉就是个小水坑,而且对女生很不友好,只有晚上六点前可以开放女生,注意是六点前,六点之后是不能女人进去的,地理极偏,晚上出门后不敢回酒店,太吓人了,但是很多中国人来住这个酒店,可能是被某平台推流了,安全第一,出门在外不要尊享就算了,安全再没有,太可怕的经历了!房间极小,我实际测量过,加上卫生间严重不到20平方,行李都在门外放着,而且大家都是穿公共拖鞋,住了两天后、脚很痒,很奇怪定之前为啥那么多好评
整体卫生情况很差,一上午泡温泉没有一个工作人员清理水渍,几次都差点滑倒,必须走路特别小心,感觉很卑微,不让穿鞋也能理解,但是能不能拜托把地板打扫干净啊?卫生间没有干湿分离,一不小心就容易滑倒,还很小,转个身都很难,刚洗完澡的地面很多水,还要光脚去刷牙,去上厕所,全程要非常非常小心谨慎,而且隔壁说话都能听见,我们带孩子要一直提醒孩子轻一点轻一点,儿童特别不友好,有老人小孩的一定一定为了安全考虑避雷!
强烈不建议带孩子的家庭选择这个酒店。 我们订一间房只提供两份早餐,4岁以上儿童需要额外支付450泰铢(100rmb)一天。 成人加早850泰铢(189rmb。这个物价在清迈实在太夸张了。随便一个好吃美丽的bruch都比它便宜!更别提普通的泰餐小馆。早餐不是自助形式,要提前一天选好餐品然后订第二天早餐时间。非常不自由。第一天我们选好8点早餐,但实际是我们8点下楼后,他们才开始准备早餐,8:30才上餐。幸好我们当天包车。如果定的一日游小团,时间肯定是来不及的。最重要的是早餐非常难吃,我们最后只吃了一天,后面几天都出去吃的。
卫生条件也一般,进门需要脱鞋换酒店的拖鞋,酒店的拖鞋都随便堆在门口,也没法区分。肯定有别的客人穿过,也不知道他们有没有消毒,我们最终选择光脚进门。 晚上大人孩子袜子底面都是黑的。可见拖鞋地板也没有擦的很干净。
还有一个非常不好的插曲,妹妹早上化妆不小心把隔壁房窗帘弄上了一块防晒霜。 当时没有注意,晚上游玩结束回酒店,酒店经理直接甩给我们一张中英文翻译件,要求我们赔偿4500泰铢!态度很差,完美没想着解决问题,甚至都没尝试清洗。 我们没有立即赔偿,想着晚上用红书上的方法自己清洁一下,不干净再送去干洗店再清洗。结果当晚我们自己就清洗掉了90%,第二天早上又清洗了一遍,就完全找不到污渍了。
酒店在出现问题的时候,没有一点解决问题的能力,推卸责任,只想着让客人赔偿。没有风度,没有态度。
酒店地理位置很偏,周边没有7-11,没有任何的设施。本来想图安静,结果飞机航道正在头顶上,15分钟一班。
温泉人造的,有时间要求的男女分浴,蚂蚁在周边爬。。体验感不好,图温泉的也慎重。
不是24小时客房服务,甚至大多数时间前台都没人。
给小朋友多要一支牙刷都被提示说每个房间最多额外提供两支牙刷套装。 我请问一支套装里面牙膏那么小,省着用两天也没了、我们定了4晚!多的牙膏都不提供么!虽然我自己带了牙膏不影响,但酒店的态度真的很让人生气。
虽然酒店是2025年开业,但建筑是老古董,房间门都要钥匙开锁(我们房间门锁还是坏的)。二楼地板

大堂经理能力很差,没有一点服务意识。只有一个会一点中文的瘦瘦的小哥人还不错,其他服务人员都是摆烂无作为。
总之这个酒店对客人的要求比能提供的服务多的,不推荐任何一个中国人来!不知道携程上为什么评分这么高,我就是上当了! 我愿意反向投流,让每一个想订这家酒店的中国人都看到我的评价。
环境:酒店环境幽雅舒适,非常有度假的氛围,离繁华地段也不远,挺舒服
服务:几位服务员都很热情,有求必应,几天下来给了我们很多帮助,特别是早餐服务很周到!
酒店里有一只狸花猫叫Mila,还有两只小奶猫非常可爱,员工见我们喜欢猫,每次都主动抱小猫给我们看,大大好评👍
超级喜欢这个酒店,尤其是温暖的工作人员,泡温泉的温度也很好,整个酒店偏复古风其实,很好出片,平台的照片没有真实照片好看,哈哈哈哈,早餐一绝,厨师可以单独出道了
这里虽然略偏了一点,但我还是很满意的,环境很好,早上在花园里吃早饭,晒晒太阳度假的氛围感就出来了。服务态度超级好,看到人都会打招呼。还有可爱的小猫,总之觉得很惬意。
这个温泉酒店简直太出乎我的意料啦,温泉水非常舒服,环境干净整洁,整个酒店每一个细节都看得出老板的用心,老板人非常热情,每一个员工都非常友好,恰逢遇上了我的生日,全体员工给了我一个又一个惊喜,这是我度过的最难忘的生日!一定要来这个酒店,感受清迈不一样的风情🥰早餐一级棒👍
