酒店回复: Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the 21st floor, where you stayed, is not under renovation. Some other floors are still being renovated by their owners, which may affect common areas occasionally.The rooftop pool is a shared facility and can be crowded during peak hours. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation, and additional bedding requires advance notice and a small fee. KLCC马杰斯特套房真的超出预期！位置超赞，位置稍偏，但出行购物都很方便。房间宽敞明亮、干净整洁，床品舒服，设施齐全，住着很舒心。最惊艳的是顶楼无边泳池，直面双子塔夜景，拍照氛围感拉满。服务态度好，响应及时，整体体验感满分，性价比很高。来吉隆坡住这里绝对不踩雷，强烈推荐，下次还会选择入住！

非常一般，这栋公寓首先并没有装修完成，味道还很大，这种情况下，不能理解为什么能开始出租～
其次这栋楼人很多，等电梯要等很久，位置也没有很好～
顶楼的泳池也很一般 并不是很干净 人又多，看双子塔更是很远，看一个角～
还要收押金，就住一晚，也要很久才退，费劲～
重要的是定这个公寓，是上面的设施一张床+地铺，现场并没有，问客服，客服说并没有备注是三个人，只有备注了他们才会安排，问能不能安排，说要收费！
我不懂啊 我们是两大一小，孩子也成了第三个成人了？
而且，设施写了什么就应该有什么吧？！！！
并不是我要求你加你才加啊，那如果是我要求有个室内泳池，你就能加上了？？？？
总的来说，非常不推荐住公寓，还好只是临时凑活一晚上，房间也很小…还是柏威年那边的酒店方便一些！
真有意思 这个图片是所在楼层拍的 其他楼层我也去不了 是不是在装修 都无法否认它的甲醛就地上这种装修布，这种房间你们怎么好意思拿出来出租的？？我们并不需要额外床铺 需要的是本来设施里就应该存在的地铺！！
很好，位置好，楼下有mini超市 商场，走一走还有711便利店。房间很新…中国的房东，有人情味。我们马尔代夫回来，误机，前后折腾15小时，孩子在那边玩到中暑，发着高烧呢，11点半到的酒店，是没有房入住的，房东硬给找了一间让我们先入住了，非常感谢🙏 我们陪着孩子在房间睡了两天，点这位置打车点外卖也很方便。楼上有很出片的泳池，人不多。出门遇见中国同胞有安全感…都定这家…在房间没出去也吃上了外卖的肉骨茶跟华阳。
房间还是很安静的，也特别干净，还有蚊香，很贴心，适合旅游，一个人，或者情侣一起居住，房间设施很齐全，离双子塔，亚罗街很近，方便出行，附近就是商场，还是蛮不错的。下次有机会还会过来这里住，很安静噢

真的 一般不评价 超出想象的好 中文小姐姐服务 百问不烦 随时在线 环境好 房间很新 很满意 去哪里都方便 双子塔 轻轨 农贸市场 实现了椰子自由 榴莲自由 很不错 如果再有机会 还会选择这里
这次吉隆坡之行住这家酒店太满意了！位置超赞，步行就能到双子塔/阿罗街/商场，出行超方便。房间干净整洁、床品舒服，隔音也不错，睡了几晚好觉。前台和保洁都很热情，有求必应，性价比拉满！下次来吉隆坡还住这儿，强烈推荐～
差点把我父亲摔一跤，门口有坎不平，我们一早就被唱经的吵醒，就是一间套房公寓，没有早餐，连一次性拖鞋也不提供，周围环境也乱糟糟的，总体感受很差
性价比很高，价格不贵，房间也还不错，就是进来楼道还在装修不太美观，check in稍微慢了一点。别的地方都很好，尤其楼顶露天泳池和健身房很赞
屋顶有无边泳池可以很清晰地拍到双子塔夜景，很漂亮。到了有中文小哥接待，整体旅行非常惬意。房间很大设施很新，是公寓式酒店。
