Chef Naseeruddin & Trisha and the rest of the Resturant staff, housekeeping team, maintenance team were incredibly polite to deal and friendly. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a significant difference. My son was amazed by the towel art created by our room attendant. It truly added a delightful experience to our stay. Giving the responsibility of handling guests of a wedding is a very big responsibility and when i gave it to the fern, they handled it with utmost care and concern. Even being the busiest wedding season of February and many weddings happening at the same time, i always saw polite and smiling staff. Front desk guy Jitesh, serving waitress Nancy, Chaitali, Maganement head Mr. Ganesh, Restaurant manager Mr. Atul are few among the must mentions who contributed immensely for my sisters marriage. Apart from the service, the location of the property was very appealing to me having beautiful openings of SGNP on one side and WE highway on the other side while the property itself on the Western express highway itself. The food served at the mint restaurant was excellent beyond words which our guests praised for the taste and garnish. They always use fresh tomato and onion paste for all main course and really don't compromise on the quality of vegetables. Room cleanliness and bathroom hygiene is the best in class for all the rooms. The property has sufficient parking space for all the guest vehicles. They have got 3 beautiful banquet halls which can host variety of events from corporate meets, brithdays, baby shower to haldi. 房间干净整洁，维护良好，而且如果需要，还可以随时享受客房清洁服务，我们对此非常满意。早餐也很不错，不仅有丰富的印度菜选择，还有一些西式菜肴。
酒店位置便利，前往市区非常方便。总而言之，性价比很高，我们下次还会选择入住！
地方很棒，酒店也很漂亮，但是位置离孟买市区非常非常远，至少需要 1.5 小时车程。
