Beautiful eateries. Comfortable and lovely ambience. Had buffet lunch and in evening pasta dish. The food is of very high quality and the buffet spread gives you excellent choice. Value for money in this class of hotel. The gardens are also a highlight, an oasis of calm in the increasingly busy city of Kigali. What's not to like?!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mövenpick Hotel Kigali, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, making the stay both comfortable and convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the people. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the waitresses to the barman, the entire experience felt truly customer-centric. A special mention goes to Nandini at concierge, who gave me a first-class check-in experience. I was also fortunate to be checked out by her, such a smooth, warm, and professional interaction from start to finish. And did I mention checkout is at 12? Wow! That was the perfect way to end a fantastic stay.
