The bed was creaky, roaches in the bathroom, and they stole my $100 deposit. They told me to do cash deposit by taking the money from the cash station that charged $3.50 because for some reason I was booked the one stay as 2 stays that was broken up. Then he wanted cash deposit so they can transfer from one room to the other without putting it on my card. I had to leave at 4 am and no one was at the office. So I called them to send a check or transfer to my account or Venmo. They wanted me to come physically to get the money, all the way back from Seattle. I was willing to put up with dirt and roaches, but not when u steal money from me. Lesson learned. I will be reporting to BBB.
