WARNING BED BUGS: Came on a business trip with coworkers. Both rooms were infected with BED BUGS; they moved us to multiple rooms and in the end they forced us to check out. It is a new hotel but the mattresses have BED BUGS. Was asked to leave 11 days into my 13 night stay. Pictures and proof included.

It’s a very clean establishment, the front desk. People are very nice and helpful and it is in a beautiful location next to the river. It would be an incredible place unless you value sleep . They place a smoke detector right above you in your bed with an extremely bright green light that flashes every 10 seconds so it’s almost like you get a strobe light effect all night which really isn’t awesome. You have zero control over the thermostat, I like to have the fan running for some airflow and white noise, but no matter how hard I tried I could not get it to turn on.. Overall, the best part were the trains that would come by and lay on their horn for 30 seconds right outside your window, that was pretty rad. Especially at 2:45 AM.

Front Desk Stephanie & Nellie’s exceptional customer service, quick check in experience, attention to details with our requests that have been provided efficiently truly made our stay! The room is immaculate clean, well maintained by the Housekeeping. Jess , room attendant is outstanding, she recommended places to go and things to do in Montana. She should be a concierge ascwell. Very sweet, nice and accommodating. Saturday breakfast server is amazing. Complimentary breakfast is such a bonus in this great property. There’s various selections of foods and all delicious. Overall experience was awesome and we highly recommend the Towneplace Suites Great Falls Hotel by Marriott closer to the Canada border Kudos to this five stellars property! 😍
