I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel in Fayetteville and had a great experience overall. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe that feels different from a typical chain hotel. The lobby doubles as a social space with games, seating areas, and a bar, which gives the whole place a lively atmosphere. The check in process is unique because it happens at the bar, and you receive a complimentary drink token when you arrive. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff, especially the valet team. Justin, Jacob, and Austin were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made arriving and leaving the hotel easy and always greeted me with a positive attitude. Their level of service really stood out. The rooms are clean with modern features, though they are a bit on the smaller side. The location is also very convenient, especially if you are visiting the University of Arkansas. Overall, the Moxy is a great choice if you enjoy boutique style hotels with a fun atmosphere and great service. I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at the Moxy. As the associate warned my husband when booking, all rooms weren’t fully furnished yet - we were missing a chair and a fridge. That’s the only reason for my 4 stars. The staff were 5 stars all the way. The Valet service couldn’t be beat - Jack and Austin were awesome. In fact, all the valet staff, including their leader, went above and beyond. I’m headed back to town this upcoming weekend and have already booked there again.

A fantastic room and a great use of space! The room is small but feels larger than it is. Love the unique details. The bar downstairs was fun too! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The walking path was well lit and felt safe with lots of people using it.

This is a nice hotel. Plenty of thought was given to the ambience desired and it hits that mark. Very trendy, very lively if that's what you want. You check in with the person behind the bar, and as long as there's no one in the bar, no problem. Rooms are very clean and well appointed for the ambience desired. Only surprise - no USB inputs for chargers and only a couple 120V outlets to plug in a charger block. I would think they'd make it clear to bring a block for charging since there are no direct plug ins. I get why, but it's about communication. Now the real issue - stayed on the 6th floor and about 4 AM, someone above me (I suspect a worker based on their "active" movements) started walking, pounding, and moving stuff around. Lasted at least 90 minutes, then I decided it was useless to sleep and got up. I know I should have called but I kept hoping they'd understand it was the middle of the night and stop. But they didn't. One final thing, won't affect most people - require a valet for $30 a night but they don't do manual transmissions, so I had to park myself in the rain. They didn't charge me $30, however.

From check in to check out everyone here made sure I felt like family and made sure I felt right at home! I won’t mention names because I’d leave someone out. You will not be disappointed staying here I assure you! You have to try their hot honey pizza. Off the chain! Thanks again MOXY for everything! Life is good! 🐸👍🏼🐸

Location is excellent and the common spaces are wonderful but even those aren’t enough to raise this review higher than 1 star. Checking in was a painful process - you literally check in with the bartender at the bar in between them slinging drinks. We unfortunately arrived with our children late on a Friday night and had to scream over the loud music and squeeze between bar patrons to check in and get our keys. We were assured by phone earlier in the day we would have connecting rooms, however they were unable to accommodate that upon arrival. THE ROOMS. Man, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The layout is so tiny and does not make any sense. I’ve stayed in many NYC hotels and this is the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in by far. There is absolutely no way to sit anywhere other than the bed. We had the double queen room - the beds lay head to head, back to back. Each bed is surrounded by three walls - so if you have two people in a bed, they both have to climb in from one side. So, the inside person has to ask the outside person to get up if they need to go to the restroom. The absolute worst, most nonsensical layout I’ve ever seen. This room should only accommodate 2 people max, not 4. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable - mostly because of the layout. There is no closet - just pegs on the wall to hang things from. Room was very clean. However, we will not be back. This has more of a hostel feel and we’re very disappointed at how much we paid per night.

This was our first stay at a Moxy hotel. Our first impression wasn’t great. The linens in the room were dirty along with the towels. The beds are extremely hard and the rooms are tiny! The staff were friendly and the location is very convenient. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again due to the bed alone!

Beautiful new modern hotel. Excellent friendly staff & service. Fun atmosphere with XXL games & fun for everyone. Beautiful place! Relaxing weekend trip. Self serve “extra” cabinet at the end of the hall is top notch! No need to call for extra anything. Highly recommend! Valet parking only with Tobin & Jacob was fast & friendly!
