We called ahead to this hotel before we checked in to let them know we’d be in very late, and when we did check-in, the front desk associate was very welcoming and made it feel like she was happily expecting us. We needed a few things in the evening during our stay, and she was equally helpful each time, even though sometimes we had to find her (because she was sitting in the lobby couches because there wasn’t much happening at the front desk itself). The breakfast buffet was a standard Holiday Inn Express offering, which meant my kids absolutely loved it. The room itself was a standard room for the chain. The beds were comfortable, but I did need to ask for an extra blanket because the single duvet was very light, and I need more bedding than that. Everything in the bedroom function correctly, and the shower had good water pressure. We stayed here during a medium-sized snowstorm, so the parking lot was quite covered in fresh snow, but was plowed enough for us to be able to access it safely. The hotel recognized my diamond status, and as a benefit allowed each of me and my three children to grab a snack from the snack shop.
