The hotel’s reply was dismissive. Regarding the payment issue, they said my AMEX card could not be used — but that’s not acceptable. Their attitude and response were really disappointing.曼谷有很多選擇,還是找比較誠實可靠的比較好。

作为留学生这绝对是我在曼谷住过性价比最高的酒店,竟然是第一个客人,一进门给我准备了欢迎仪式,我还纳闷怎么知道我名字呢😂,工作人员随时都很热情,早餐也是不用说了,睡觉也超级安静,每天都睡了个好觉,感谢你们所做的一切,这是我留学最后一次很难忘的一次旅行!
整体来说有点不太符合这个价格,本来开始想定万豪或者洲际酒店的,因为比较中意这个泳池,所以选了这家,有点后悔。但是还是比较喜欢那个会说中文的男经理,感觉比那个女经理服务态度好很多,难怪这么多差评对那个女经理。
入住的时候好像升级了房型,但是那个房间缺少饮用水和洗漱用品,找了半天没有找到水,然后问前台才给送上来,结果洗澡的时候发现没有洗漱用品,感觉应该是服务人员忘记放了,但是当时太晚了接近一两点钟了,其次只有一个人很不方便,第二天早上才去问的。
但是这个酒店的床比较软,睡得还比较满意,早餐服务人员态度也比较好,但是睡不上好吃,其次这个酒店白人太多了,躺在泳池边,竟然有一个年纪大的白男一直跟随我,感到非常不适应,没有边界感,令人无语
酒店位于一条小巷深处,这条小巷非常狭窄,开车进去需要特别小心。晚上靠近小巷时,来往车辆的声音特别吵。
我们下午一点左右到达酒店,但前台拒绝给我们房间,说还没预订好。他们告诉我们会在五楼给我们安排一个房间。我们出去吃了午饭,等大雨停了才回到酒店。结果前台却说所有楼层都满了,只给我们安排了一个四楼朝向街道(小巷)的房间。我们多次要求五楼的房间,但都没有成功。我们本来还想多住一晚,现在彻底打消了这个念头。后天有朋友和家人要来曼谷,我们也会告诉他们不要预订这家酒店。
设施:比较完善,但是打车定位不到正确位置,酒店在一个小巷子里,最好是定位定到711打车更加方便。
卫生:卫生没有什么挑剔的,因为是新来的酒店,非常的干净,整洁。
服务:我们是凌晨入住,前台一个胖胖的男生中文非常棒👍🏻,非常的热情。
不足点:
该酒店位置距离网红景点并不是很近,出行基本是grab,打车费在40-90元左右,如果要做地铁需要走一段距离,
不过周边走10分钟不到有一个美食广场和超市,美
食广场里的吃的很不错,包括最近的711旁边那家饭店,随意去吃的店居然成为我在泰国吃过最好吃的店

酒店女经理不讲信誉!她承诺的事反悔,本来整个旅程都很轻松,就是这经理影响了心情。简直不尊重人!我在酒店里看到都是中国人入住没有一个欧洲人住,搞不懂为什么要这样对中国客人,不是严重影响了泰国人的形象吗!定了28号29号我在携程定的二天酒店,结果发现29号零点半(29号 0:30分)飞机。那么我可以28号中午12点退房,存行李在酒店。把29号的已付房费转到2025年10月13号入住。我跟酒店经理讲了这个情况,酒店经理回答:如果10月13号他们酒店房间未订满没有问题。其实并没有必须要她按我想要的方式处理。然而28号中午12点退房被告知:为什么退房!她居然360度反悔,一切按携程规定处理。妳不是担心27号我取消了携程订单妳酒店就收不到房费吗?但这是我的权利,不是酒店或她的权利。简直她妈睁着眼睛说瞎话。只是让她选择!她的骗客人给酒店酒店赚钱!这就是行骗!严重影响了游玩的心情!酒店装修整体设施很一般400多人民币一天雨季淡季不值这个价!并且酒店才装修一半,还有很多房间没完工。就让客人入住,托托的甲醛!甲醛!甲醛!花400多一天,吸甲醛!我烟都不吸!花400多一天去你家吸甲醛!
客人的时间不是拿来浪费的!提醒,洗澡的水非常小。也不知道是不是酒店住的人很少,所以故意把水关小了的,为了客人洗澡少用水。此酒店性价比很低!
首先,我到达酒店时,所有员工都非常友好和乐于助人。酒店本身很漂亮,独具特色,房间也很大——我印象非常深刻!
然而,我确实需要提一下让我感到失望的事情。有一次我不小心洒了奶茶,就用一条毛巾擦拭了。后来,我收到一封信,说我“损坏”了酒店财产,必须赔偿毛巾的费用。起初他们说毛巾要800,然后“打折”到500,最后降到425。老实说,我震惊了。那只是一条没有品牌的毛巾,这个价格让我觉得非常不合理。
另一个问题是在退房时。当我试图结账时,他们不让我使用信用卡,而是让我去ATM取现金。我不得不额外支付250的手续费,这让我很沮丧。
总的来说,除了这些之外,酒店几乎所有其他方面都很完美——我非常喜欢我的住宿体验。但我希望酒店管理层能重新考虑如何处理小额损坏的收费,并允许未来使用信用卡支付。

服务很到位 工作人员都很认真热情 住宿环境很好很卫生 设施都很新 维护的很好 还有泳池和健身房可以使用 非常人性化 地理位置也很不错!强烈推荐啊!如果再来曼谷会再次选择这里的~
性价比还可以,地理位置还不错,酒店硬件设施蛮好的,酒店工作人员服务比较好,还给送了早餐,早餐质量相当好!
