Great new Marriott hotel. Close to old town, but euro chic, nice sized rooms, lovely bar & pool area, large parking area. Perfect for a short visit.

This was my first stay in an AC Marriott. What a delight, and I stayed for my Birthday. The staff definately made my stay entertaining. From the girls on the front desk, to the room attendant Lisa W whom actually when she found out it was my birthday had wine and cookies delivered to my room with a Birthday card, which brough a tear to my eye. The breakfast girls always had a smile, even when super busy. The only downside to the whole experience was there is no clothes closet ( wardrobe), very poorly designed, when there is a closet for the ironing board but my clothes just hang on a bar next to the TV. Hotel is in walking 10 min distance to "old town" and next door to the Bourbon Distillery.

The new AC Hotel in St Augustine was recommended to us by people who live in the town. On a positive note, as a new hotel, rooms were clean and the lobby was light and expansive with seating areas, a bar, etc. On a negative note, the hotel does not have complimentary parking and instead, has contracted out the parking to a 3rd party for a fee of approximately $25 a night. It is not a city parking situation where a garage has to be employed to accommodate parking for the hotel. Instead, it seemed to be a "money" grab by the owner of the property and left a bad taste in our mouth. In addition, the hotel does not offer the traditional platinum Marriott benefits of a complimentary breakfast. In fact, the mostly "continental breakfast" was offered for a price of $19.99 per person. We could go to any breakfast place in town and get a much more extensive breakfast for less money. Based on the lack of value provided, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is a Marriott loyalist.
简直是我经历过的最糟糕的体验！！我该从何说起？！停车费不包含在房费里。房间是开放式的，如果是连通房，衣架会挡住房间之间的入口。调酒师动作很慢，连招呼都没打，而且当我告诉她我要去参加婚礼时，她过了好久才把账单送来。我80岁的老母亲被困在电梯里，电梯技师居然说“哦，昨天也发生过这种事”。我们差点就迟到了。那天晚上很晚的时候，我离开房间去取车，结果里面的安全锁把我锁在了门外。当时已经晚上11点了，我真是气疯了……以后再也不会住这家酒店了。绝对不会推荐……这家酒店虽然是新开的，但简直一团糟！
入住30分钟后，工作人员把钥匙和房间号给了另一对情侣。我女朋友换衣服的时候，另一对情侣走了进来。幸好他们立刻看到了我们，赶紧退出了房间。等了15分钟才见到经理，结果他们只给了我们房费20%的折扣，也就是说，我们花了401美元，就为了体验被人闯入的“乐趣”，这完全是由于安保措施不足或员工尽职尽责。我强调了这种行为很可能导致有人受伤。经理却更关心的是提醒我门上有防盗锁，“她一直都用着”。基于这件事，再加上他们提供的第三方停车服务，很明显，管理层眼里只有钱，别的什么都不管。
我们在这家全新的酒店体验非常棒。酒店开业才一个月，但一切都运转得非常顺利。我们惊喜地发现无障碍客房的床比较低，24英寸（约61厘米）的高度刚刚好，完全不需要调整。浴室和淋浴间以及房间本身都有足够的转身空间。工作人员待我们如家人一般。非常感谢Sophia、Olivia、Chiquita和Jeff。做得太棒了！
我和妻子最近去圣奥古斯丁度假。我们一直都住在马蒂奥特酒店，但之前从未入住过AC酒店。说实话，我以前从未听说过这家酒店，但我妻子听说过，所以我们决定试一试。一走进大堂，我就被深深吸引了。两位笑容可掬的女士热情地迎接我们。酒店崭新漂亮！我们需要一间无障碍客房，带步入式淋浴间，这在酒店界并不常见。AC酒店正好有两间这样的客房，而且非常棒！房间空间宽敞，轮椅可以轻松移动，淋浴设施一流，床也很舒服。晚上还能在舒适的酒吧/餐厅小酌几杯鸡尾酒，感觉很棒。早餐也很令人满意。AC酒店的另一个优点是地理位置优越，步行到市中心只需十分钟左右。这是我们第一次入住AC酒店，但绝对不会是最后一次！我们找到了下次去佛罗里达度假时要住的酒店！几个月后见！！

七星好评！这家酒店开业不到一周，却让人难以置信！这次商务旅行入住这家酒店，办理入住时，工作人员热情友好，服务周到，解答了我所有的问题。停车需要单独登记，只需扫描前台的二维码即可轻松付款。我原本预订的是一楼的海景房（万豪旅享家会员），酒店却免费升级到了带阳台的海景房，强烈推荐！日落景色美极了！房间非常宽敞，配备超大电视、带桌椅的宽敞阳台，淋浴设施……简直棒极了！酒店还提供冰箱，电梯旁还有一台未来感十足的制冰机和饮水机。大堂设有商务服务和宽敞的公共空间，方便开会、休闲放松、上网冲浪，还可以在隔壁的酒吧区享用鸡尾酒。室外泳池区也十分漂亮。早餐丰盛，是传统的欧式早餐，除了自助餐外，每天早上还会提供两道现点现做的热菜。鲜榨果汁、星巴克咖啡、茶、酸奶芭菲、麦片、水果、奶酪、萨拉米香肠、意大利熏火腿、吐司等等，应有尽有，想不找到什么能填饱肚子都难。这次旅行唯一的缺点就是要离开了！哈哈！我下个月肯定还会再来，因为我的游艇修复公司就在附近，经常出差。听说这片区域的码头至少还要一年才能投入使用，真是太期待了！
