酒店回复: Hi Jane, the description of the house mentions that this is a separate unit. At no point were you ever contacted or had any interaction with the renter in the other house. Walls can be thin even in multi million dollar homes, especially when HVAC units are shared. That's the first time I've heard that complaint in having this rental for 3 years. But it's unfair to leave a low rating for something that is mentioned in the home description. That's like buying a red car and saying you're upset that the car is red. Nothing was hidden and we do our best to manage expectations and support our guests. Our business is based on reviews so we ask on behalf of your future hosts that you understand the house you're booking and leave a review based on things that are missing, broken, dirty or wrong in the description. If there was ever an issue with odors or anything else I wish you had told me so that I could help. It was frustrating that you hadn't read the house description or even the entry description and panicked when you arrived. I left you 5 stars in good faith that I didn't hear from you after you checked in so everything was assumed great. I'm sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy your stay and that you didn't give me the opportunity to help you.
