Was in a bind on a long weekend, car broke down on way back home. Once we got towed and got a rental we needed a hotel. It was only 10 in the morning, so we stopped in to see if the had anything for that evening. Once we told them our situation the entire team sprung into action, went to check to see if they had a room clean. They did and they got us in immediately. They also ensured we were able to have the room for a couple nights. Everytime we went past the front desk they checked to make sure we were OK and even the new crew that replaced them must of heard about our situation and they did the same. This place is top notch from the entire crew to the rooms were beautiful and bright. They offer a free breakfast and the guy manning it. Spoke to me and my wife and was so pleasant to just carry on a conversation with. In all the places I have stayed none of the food staff have done this, it was so great

Service workers walk around asking is everything okay 👍 that's very classy. Hotel is spotless clean and rooms are very big with fridge microwave and stove,coffee....

Josh is an exceptional part of the team. His dedication and impact on guests and staff is the standard that all hotels should strive for. The front staff is also impeccable. I don’t have all their names but they do nothing but ensured my stay was perfect. As a long time Hilton customer, this experience changed my perspective on what is the standard.
