I recently stayed at Serena Hotel Peshawar and was very satisfied with my experience. The bed sheets were extremely clean, the room decoration was elegant, and the overall ambiance was calm and pleasant. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

It was once again an absolute pleasure staying at our favourite Serena Peshawar. The check-in was supervised and supported by the competent FOM Zaman Khattak and this first impression lasted until our check-out.

As frequent visitor, I had my last visit to peshawar from 30 Nov to 01 December 2025 and I stayed my favourite place , Peshawar Serena, where everyone hosted me at the best. Special thanks to Ijaz Qazi, supervisor, housekeeping, who did his best and my room was very well prepared. Although I haven't met him but one of his senior, Afnan is very well known to me since long. Precisely, starting from GM till bell boy, everyone is the example of professional excellence. My best wishes

I recently stayed at Serena Peshawar and overall it was an excellent experience. The entire team carried out their duties with true professionalism, welcoming guests with genuine smiles and a warm attitude. Their hospitality really stands out. A couple of areas need attention. The laundry service did not meet the usual Serena standard: the pressing quality was below expectations and cover bags were not provided, something I have never encountered at Serena Faisalabad or Quetta. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent and often lagged. This is a bigger concern because mobile coverage inside the hotel is weak and LTE/4G services can’t be accessed, so guests have to rely completely on the hotel’s network. Other than these points, everything else—from the property’s ambience to the overall service—was up to Serena’s high standards. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return once these small issues are addressed.
