I recently spent two nights at The Wellington Hotel in Glasgow (23-25 Feb) and it was a delight! As a solo traveller looking to cook my own meals, this place ticked all the boxes. The room was stunning its very modern, tasteful, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the clever lighting switches (all in one place!) and the amenities were top-notch: a great hairdryer, a full-size mirror next to a handy placed plug socket, USB charging points, and a comfy bed with lovely linen. It has a separate bathroom and large wall-mounted TV. The hotel's boutique vibe made me feel right at home. I appreciated the microwave, sink, and high-end coffee pod machine in the room, plus the option to grab breakfast or meals to heat up in the downstairs lounge. Staff were super friendly and always on hand. Cleanliness was top-notch - not a speck of dust in sight. Plus, it's just a couple of minutes from Glasgow station. Highly recommend for solo travellers looking for a comfy, practical base. Would definitely stay again 😊. 我们误订了酒店开业第一晚的房间。不幸的是，我们遇到了一些问题，我估计是初期阶段的常见问题，现在应该已经解决了。幸运的是，这些问题没有影响我们的行程，但本来可能会造成影响。我们被换了房间——第一个房间的电视坏了，不过问题不大；马桶水箱一直漏水，既不能注水也不能冲水。第二个房间更糟糕的是没有冷水，所有的水龙头、淋浴喷头，甚至冲马桶的水都是滚烫的，冒着热气，刷牙都困难，更别提洗澡了。尽管如此，房间本身很漂亮，设施也不错，我估计这些只是初期阶段的问题。前台工作人员非常友好。酒店位置很好，街对面就是一家Q Park停车场。
市中心位置，一尘不染的单间公寓。允许携带宠物狗，前台工作人员也很友善。强烈推荐。
我原本计划下周末入住这家酒店，结果他们取消了我的预订，理由是预订号码错了！而且也不退款！！
