Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The charges on our bill did not match what we were quoted at booking or at check-in, and it became clear that staff were not aligned on rates or policies. Staff turnover also seemed constant, which added to the confusion. After checkout, I realized I had left a small Kendra Scott travel jewelry box (approximately $1,000 in jewelry) in a cubby next to the bed. I immediately called the hotel and provided the room number. I followed up multiple times, spoke with different staff members, and eventually spoke directly with the GM, Cameron, who said he would check with housekeeping. I never received a return call, and the item was never recovered. Since housekeeping cleans rooms after checkout, it is concerning that the item was never reported or returned. Due to billing inconsistencies, lack of follow-up, and the unresolved loss of my property, I would not recommend this hotel. If you stay here, get all rates in writing and carefully review your charges. Personally, I would choose another hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful new hotel, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish, everyone made us feel so welcome — and they were incredibly accommodating to our two small dogs, which meant the world to us. Cameron, the General Manager, was so kind and attentive throughout our stay. Raymond, the Assistant Manager, was just as wonderful — extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. In the bar, Donald and Erica were absolutely fantastic! They were so personable, made amazing drinks, and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere we looked forward to every night. Jenny, our morning waitress, was so sweet and attentive, and Cassie in Sales was lovely as well — helpful and kind. And we have to mention Mr. G, the hotel’s chef — he is incredible! The food was absolutely delicious, and his entire kitchen staff was wonderful. Normally when we travel, we like to go out to eat every night, but this time we ended up staying in and eating at the bar almost every evening — that alone should tell you how much we enjoyed everything! The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and you could tell the hotel was brand new — we stayed just two days after they opened, and everything was running perfectly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everyone went above and beyond, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — especially if you’re going to NASCAR or spending time on that side of town. ⭐️ If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would — but since 5 is the max, this is without a doubt a 10-star hotel in our book! ⭐️ ⸻ Would you like me to make a short Google-review version too (something that fits under their character limit but still includes all the names)?
