酒店在清迈老城一隅 离夜市很近 旁边就是清迈警察局😄 酒店有一种曲径通幽的感觉 绿植 泳池 和灯光的搭配很不错 到了晚上尤其强烈 酒店设计感强 设施设备也挺新 早餐品种和之前呆过的清迈酒店差不多 尤其喜欢虾粥和米粉 几乎天天吃 价格么有点小贵 适合情侣和家庭亲子游。
房间很大，蛮干净的，也很新，但是我这个房间靠近马路、实在是太吵了，半夜和早上都有摩托车的声音，还有旁边工地的噪音、2个晚上都被吵醒，而且房间泳池水很冷，根本没用到，还有早餐实在是太差了，第二天都不想去吃，感觉三星级的餐标，性价比有点低
带父母去清迈旅行 这个酒店真的体验太好了 一分钱一分货 从下车开始 酒店服务人员就一直照顾你能帮你搬行李 给你办入住 送了红酒 送了SPA按摩 在古城里很方便 后面就是寺庙 。 环境真得太好了。 在古城中央 环境很幽静 一点不吵 最重要服务超级棒 早餐很丰富自己点餐 也有免费的下午茶 下次一定还会去

酒店位置很好，villa其实一共只有八间房间左右，所以客人之间的互相影响非常小。酒店很美，很新，自动马桶，dyson吹风，在清迈真的算不错了。每天都有免费下午茶，还有免费spa。也都中规中矩，挺好的。minibar每天还会给refill。明显的问题是，不同的房型和墙外的距离不同，这个房子几乎没有隔音能力，窗子、门都不是隔音的，我房间背后就是普通民居，停着好多摩托车，每天半夜都被吵醒了，声音太大了，还有凌晨五点送外卖的小哥回来摩托报警声。还有个问题是早餐，真的不好吃，觉得不是厨师做的，就是随便糊弄出来的。
太太太太满意啦！！！本来预定的是siri villa的城市花园别墅，但是酒店说私人泳池在维修，没法入住了，就给我退了一半的房费，换去了siri village的套房。本来还是觉得挺遗憾的本来是为了私人游泳池选的这家酒店，但是到了之后发现，套房也很棒！！房间很通透舒服，面积也不小，旁边就是一个寺庙，可以听到寺庙里诵经的声音，早上会有小鸟叽叽的叫声，很舒服很舒服～里面设施也很齐全，浴缸的水很大一下子就放满了～特别特别感谢nancy，她中文很流利！服务周到而且很亲切，本来换去套房应该就没有免费的spa了，但是她还是帮我安排了～谢谢～在这里住的非常开心！！下次来清迈还是会选择住回这里！！下次会再预定别墅～希望到时可以顺利入住嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿～
房间如描述般令人满意，小冰箱内吃喝可随意拿取，工作人员都很不错，热情有礼貌，我们走的时候没时间吃早餐还主动提出帮我们打包（但英文理解能力需要提高，因为打包错了东西，不过仍然很有善意），前台配有泰/中双语服务员，对中文顾客友好，整体服务是满意的。
说下可以提升的点：1）健身房有蚊子；2）游泳池晚上照明不够；3）二楼房间出来下楼时的楼梯照明也不够；4）每天的清洁情况似乎没有特别彻底，我有一只袜子在入住第一晚时脱在靠窗户的地板上，后来又放下了窗帘，结果那只袜子直到住了3晚以后一直到打包行李箱的时候还在窗帘下，故而找了很久，所以这个部分对于2000+/晚的酒店来说是做得不够的；5）前台对某类信用卡刷卡提示PIN码，但并不是交易密码，前台说PIN码就是交易密码，但输入到第5位的时候就提示音报错，后来打国内信用卡服务电话才确认PIN码既不是密码也不是信用卡安全码，由此说明前台对自己POS机的业务范围生疏且缺乏专项训练；6）免费赠送的按摩1h还不错，但因为每次按摩人员的手法质量不一，后面付费约的按摩没有明确标价，导致在结账时既贵又不舒服，大大影响入住的整体体验感，建议付费按摩客人结束后对当次提供服务的按摩师进行评分，如果达到一定比例不太满意的按摩师不要再安排给客人，否则会导致酒店信誉/品控度受损。除以上其它都不错，希望酒店越做越好。
房间很好，西式房间。服务有好有坏，孩子腿在酒店外骨折了，给升级了一楼房间。但最后一天退房想申请延时，因为是晚上飞机，孩子腿坏了没有地方待。酒店内职工各种踢皮球。迟迟不给答复。只能提前离店。我觉得如果不能延时，可以直接告诉我们，没必要让我们又发邮件申请，又等代理电话等，足足折腾了一个多小时。

我在清迈Siri Villa住了几晚，总体来说体验非常愉快。别墅很有魅力，宁静且维护得很好，让我在外出一天后能回到一个放松身心的地方。最突出的是Aoy和她的团队热情好客——在我入住期间，他们细心周到，友好，真诚地欢迎我。
入住期间虽然遇到了一些小插曲，但工作人员都专业地处理了，并迅速提供了帮助。他们的服务确实起到了作用，尽管遇到了一些小挑战，但还是给我留下了积极的印象。
总的来说，这是一栋舒适的别墅，工作人员的服务非常出色——我很感谢他们的努力和热情款待，下次再来清迈会考虑再次入住。
