Then someone asked me what's a best thing about Mount Abu , and I answered this property and it's service. Newly renovated property , with beautiful big rooms and a balcony which gives you a view of Sunrise and Sunset both in winters. Everything tasted amazing at restaurant and the service is top notch. Special mention to Kuldeep. This is a first phase of the property so few things are work in progress like pool, gym and play room.

A lovely hotel with many teething problems. Check in seamless, went for a quick luch. They brought the wrong food after a 45 minute wait. . The second try was unsuccesful another 30 minutes later - asked please to cancel the order as we wanted to go touring. Much fuss and a meal was delivered promptly to our room. Dinner that night - the hotel is away from the center of the town and limited transport. Ordered 2 courses - one arived the other never arived. Told the front of house and went to our room. The shower would not work. Maintenace came imediately and then the number of people escalated - at one stage there were 5 people in our room. Asked if we could move to another room or shower in another room as it was 9 pm. By 9.30 we moved to another room. Both rooms were large and clean. The staff are as helpfull as they can be - Breakfast the next day went smoothly - had dinner the next night elsewhere.
