Extremely poorly maintained hotel & arrogant Staff. The room sizes are very small than what was shown in the picture, it’s sold as lake view you pay extra but all you can see were hanging wires & trees from the first 3 floors of the hotel; will not recommend this hotel to anyone as Rooms are stinking of sewage smell from the sewage line that runs within the property and moist fungal smell and stains on their towels and bedsheets. The rooms were not cleaned properly even after telling them to clean the room; only bedsheets & towels were changed, duvet covers were not, nor was the room vacuumed or mopped, lights & furniture fixtures were extremely flimsy & broken, No hot water in one of my room and the staff attitude is very casual as if they did not bother, toiletries & water were not replenished. Pathetic, unfriendly & Extremely unprofessional Fnb service. Mr. Krishna the Restaurant Manager was very rude & acted like he’s doing some kind of favour, he refused to give us plates to have food & was charging us later started debating saying it’s part of their hotel policy but did not show us any written. Poor breakfast options. Same menu daily. Food quality and hygiene is poor. Flies all around. The restaurant roof was leaking and water was dripping onto our plates while eating. House keeping staff asking for more tips even after tipping them.

I booked 2 rooms directly at this hotel for 2 nights at ₹3,000 per night per room. My family paid the full amount at the time of check-in. However, after staying for 1 night, the staff suddenly claimed that the payment was only for 1 night and demanded more money. When we explained that we had booked for 2 nights, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior towards customers was very bad and unacceptable. This feels like a scam, and I noticed other reviews also mentioning similar issues at this property. Such practices spoil the trust of customers and create a very negative experience, especially for families. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better options where you’ll be treated with honesty and respect.
