北宁五星级酒店,附近配套及生活方便,服务舒服,房间干净,前台会中文沟通,餐厅不错,适合高档群体消费,
北宁北江地区最好的酒店了,硬件非常不错,但是好像维护运行的不太好,热水忽冷忽热,对于大几百的酒店来说实属不应该;对待携程等平台预定旅客一般般,房间安排的是比较低的楼层,也没有评论区所展示的欢迎水果啥的。早餐也是中规中矩,与国内亚朵相差不大。
马桶上还有残留尿渍,太恶心,忘了拍照片了。请告诉我这刚开封的拖鞋是一次性的吗?和前台反应也只有一句sorry👎。难以想象这是近1K的房价,越南本土连锁。
珍珠度假村入住体验喜忧参半——房间很棒,餐饮令人失望
我分别于9月22日至10月3日以及10月6日至10月11日入住了珍珠度假村。房间宽敞干净,设施也确实很加分。不过,我在入住期间也遇到了一些不一致的地方,并且感到有些失望。
- 洗衣服务:第一次入住时,洗衣是免费的(每天3件),但第二次入住时却开始收费了。这种不一致让人很沮丧,希望可以改进。
- 早餐:早餐菜单几乎95%每天都一样,种类非常有限。炒面一直又硬又干,令人失望。
- 烧烤自助餐(60万越南盾):这是我体验中最令人失望的部分。食物质量很差,廉价食材在不同档口重复出现。如果这样下去,我担心这家餐厅可能撑不了多久。相比之下,我去了西湖附近的Sen自助餐,只需48万越南盾,却能吃到小龙虾、大虾、各种螃蟹,以及种类繁多的新鲜菜肴——无论是质量还是性价比都远超这里。
- 珍珠度假村自助餐(酒店住客享八折后48万越南盾):我只吃了一碗面、一些水果、几片不太新鲜的三文鱼刺身和一杯饮料——没有任何出彩之处,感觉不值这个价钱。
- 客房服务时间:客房服务通常来得太晚,有时甚至在下午5-6点之后,这打扰了休息时间。为了更好的客人舒适度,这一点应该加以解决。
好的一面是,员工都很友好,特别是那位外籍经理,他的专业给我留下了深刻印象。
差评:1. 用大床房的价格入住了两床房的房型。2. 空调控制面板坏了,找技工过来修,搞了很久。3. 淋浴间的地漏坏了,几十秒积满了水。4. 洗手间地板上有不属于本人的毛发。
酒店很新,价格还可以,服务员都会说点英语(但不多),入住退房都很快,酒店内消费也不高,服务员会主动问好这点很加分,位置不错,周边无论吃饭还是购物都很便利。
比较郁闷的是我们四个人出差,我备注了高楼层结果下属都被安排高楼层,唯独给我安排低楼层+角落尾房,还好我没有很在意这个...着实有点无语,估计是前台觉得男生都是领导需要安排好,女生肯定是无所谓的🤦♀️
早餐的粉不错,咖啡也🉑
这是一家开业才一个月的酒店。Vinpearl 酒店一直是我每次去越南各地旅行的首选,所以这次我也选择了它。
房间很宽敞,浴缸也很大,浴巾和拖鞋的品质都很好。住得很舒服。早餐也很美味。如果再去河内,我还会选择住在这里。
比起万豪系列的,还是要差一些。虽然已经很像了
牛排要5分的结果来了全熟的,住了5天,拖鞋一双都没补充过,早餐实在一般般,说实话,对不住这个价格,奈何北宁也没更好的酒店了

那么高的价格,服务一点没有,不会中文你挂什么携程,沟通费劲,在携程订了房,到店告诉我没有房间,让我在前台等了一个小时,期间一点询问的意思都没有,就把客人凉在那里,一点都不管,要不是我在携程订房是不是就不打算处理?实在等不住,通过携程联系酒店,告诉我酒店店方对携程的房间要着重打扫和检查,好没问题,我又等半小时,给了我房间,房间床上面的头发,杯子里面的灰,地板上面的污渍,这就是检查了半小时卫生的房间?房间电话还是坏的,退房告诉我,我没有及时联系前台,要我怎么联系,大半夜跟你一个不懂中文的下楼掰扯?只能通过携程联系你们,你们不一样的还是没人来处理吗?你们要是不懂服务就不要做中国人的生意,看见中国人态度臭的要死,跟欠你们钱一样
