挺好的公寓酒店，房间很大，设施还比较新，可能是新开的，总体超过预期。位置离中央火车站近，去机场方便。
我们有一次非常糟糕的经历！千万不要预订这家酒店。公寓的一个浴室脏得令人难以置信，墙壁上沾满了旧灰尘。烘干机用不了，前台也完全没有提供任何帮助。主卧室有股浓烈的油漆味，根本没法在那里睡觉。到处都是油漆斑点（沙发、水槽、走廊、地毯）。油漆还是新的，一碰就粘到手上。这对孩子们来说是个安全隐患，也彻底毁了我们的住宿体验。我们不会再来了，也不推荐花750澳元住这种酒店两晚。
酒店地理位置很方便，房间空间也很大。但是：1.我烧水的时候发现之前住的客人用开水壶煮咖啡剩下的咖啡还在开水壶里，说明我们入住前的清洁根本没有做到位；2. 洗衣机里面还残留了洗衣粉，一块一块的，最后我们不敢使用；3. 让我们退房的时候自己倒垃圾，我想说我付的酒店的费用还要自己倒垃圾！而且我们就只住两位，我连这栋楼在哪里倒垃圾都不清楚；4. 前台下午5点就下班了，办理入住得打他们电话，然后等一会儿才会来人办理入住
很失望，唯一的优点是位置很好，走路五分钟到queen plaza和station，前台态度也不错。但是！房间味道很大，新装修的甲醛味，不得不一直开窗，然后临睡发现飞进来一直巨大的蜜蜂（或其他虫子），洗手池很小还堵，下水很慢，洗个脸的功夫就要溢出来了。另外除了厕所，没有其他垃圾桶，也没有人打扫卫生。还有电视始终坏的，播放不出来一直闪屏，卧室真的很小，客厅很大，很不合理。前台下班后门口大门没有门禁是进不去的，看运气等待人开。
我们是回头客。看中它交通、出行等方便，有厨房，房间很大，采光很好。缺点就是，打扫不干净。地板粘的，餐具也不干净。我们每次进出，先要自行打扫，将要用的餐具洗消干净。总体性价比不错。
除了办理入住手续，其他一切都很好。这不是一个24小时服务式公寓，所以请务必在正确的时间抵达。厨房和洗衣设施都很好。地理位置也非常优越。
酒店有点旧，但离市中心很近。入住的时候，我甚至在房间里发现了一个瓶盖，而且马桶圈已经被尿渍熏黄了。
从不令人失望。
其他卫生挺好，但洗衣机里有很多不明碎屑，不敢洗衣服。多人入住挺不错的，够宽敞，但是过了下午四点还是六点就没人接待了，要等人来，不然门都进不去，不过只是公寓，可以理解吧
