Room was nice, staff friendly and breakfast was good with many different choices. Convenient location for shopping or to dine out. Beware though, the hotel offers to pay extra for a mountain view room which we paid but did not receive. Our room on floor 3 had a view of mall roof top and other side of hotel. Felt like a total money grab! I did ask for that upcharge to be refunded upon checkout but front desk told me since I booked through *******, they would have to refund that. Contacted ******* & was told the hotel should have taken care of that at checkout. ******* did give me a credit towards my next hotel stay, thanks *******! But I feel that the upcharge was a way to rake in extra money for the hotel without actually providing what the customer is paying for. I would stay there again but would not pay the extra for a mountain view.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites while exhibiting at the Washington Sportsmen's Show in Puyallup for five days. The location, adjacent to the South Hill Mall and within a short walk of four restaurants, was close to the State Fair Events Center where the show took place. The hotel was also just a short walk away from four restaurants (I highly recommend BJ's!). As for the hotel, the staff was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the fact that you got room service without asking (a rarity these days) and the hot breakfast options changed daily which was also nice. The hotel is pet friendly, has a pool and fitness center that guests were definitely using, and overall was very clean. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Overbooked the rooms we needed and ruined a birthday party we had planned. Staff seem new and do not understand the operation. There was No operations manager available during the cancellation. They apparently do not know how the overbooking happened.

我无法用言语来表达对这家酒店和员工的感激之情，尤其要感谢Makayla和Jessica。当她们得知我们是为了探望等待骨髓移植的3岁曾孙女时，她们在我们的房间里放了一束鲜花和一张卡片，上面有很多员工的签名。我们无法用语言表达这份心意对我们有多么重要。此外，房间也很漂亮、宽敞。
酒店开业一个月了，非常干净，设计精美。风格现代舒适。两张大号床套房设有无障碍淋浴间，空间宽敞，设施齐全。工作人员非常乐于助人，态度友好。泳池面积很大，有很多休息区。我很喜欢室外壁炉和休息区。而且离购物中心和餐厅都很近！强烈推荐。
全新——装修精美，现代设计感十足！我们从东海岸出发，不想住在西雅图/塔科马附近，所以选择入住这里。上周我们入住了特大床房，六天后我们再次入住，等待返回东部的夜间航班。这次我们入住的是双人大床房。实际上是一个带两个独立房间的套房。浴室设计精美，灯光完美。早餐不错——典型的希尔顿风格。咖啡非常好喝，而且早餐是用普通餐盘而不是纸杯盛放的。酒店各处的员工都非常热情友好。今天是“盛大开业”，所以活动安排得满满当当。
我和家人的这次旅行真是太棒了。从一开始，前台经理Ken就非常热情友好。他非常友好，总是能迅速提供帮助，解决任何问题。工作人员的回复也很及时。这家新酒店很漂亮，设施也很棒！
酒店非常干净，员工也非常友好。地理位置优越，靠近购物中心，交通便利。Kemarra 非常专业热情，她竭尽全力确保我们住得愉快。我们以后一定会再来的！
