Stayed at the Element Phoenix North Norterra for a few nights on a work trip, and the hotel definitely feels new. The lobby is spotless and modern, and my room was super comfortable, slept great every night. I even liked the built‑in water dispenser at the sink, which was a nice touch. Parking was easy, and there are plenty of food options within a quick five‑minute drive. The downside: the second‑floor hallway had a strange odor that never went away. I thought it was a one‑off, but it was there every day. Breakfast was limited, not many hot options, and a surprisingly long line just to toast a bagel. Since the Element shares the building with the AC Hotel, I kept wondering if their breakfast setup was better, and honestly considered switching for that reason alone. Overall, it’s still a great hotel if you want a clean, modern room and a comfortable stay. But if breakfast matters to you, you might want to look at other options or stick with brands that offer a fuller spread.
