Stayed on my own for two nights in a beautiful dual aspect corner room with wooden shutters very comfortable bed fabulous shower and lovely features like an excellent coffee machine in the room. Slept impeccably. Wonderful to have newspapers to read in an armchair looking out on their stunning garden. Even had some fun with the snooker table. Strongly recommend this both for a weekend and for people working locally as a charming alternative to a big standard hotel, I will return

The house and garden were beautiful, the bedroom sumptuous and the hosts friendly and attentive. I can't think of anything I would change. Looking to go back in the summer to see the garden in its full glory.

We had the most wonderful stay at Outwood House. The room easily deserved a 20/10 — beautifully presented, comfortable, and far beyond what we expected. Breakfast was superb, clearly made with care and attention to detail. Richard and Eldpeth were truly amazing hosts. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Outwood House is a warmly welcoming and extremely well-appointed bed and breakfast. The comfort of the accommodation, quality of fixtures and fittings, and attention to detail in ensuring guests have a great stay are all to a very high standard. The food is carefully prepared and delicious.

Fabulous accommodation with exceptional hosts. Richard and Elspeth made us feel like visiting friends to their wonderful home rather than guests. The room was lovely (very comfy beds!), with lots of little touches to make it special - including a complimentary drink in the snug on our way out on our first evening to an excellent restaurant recommended by Richard. Breakfast was excellent. All round could not fault this place.

Outwood House was a great find for us. Richard and Elspeth offered a very warm welcome to their delightful home. The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs Benedict. We would highly recommend staying here.

Outwood House is a wonderful peaceful location in the city of Leeds. Richard and Elspeth are amazing hosts and try to help with any requests and have great local knowledge. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast cooked to order is lovely with a good amount of choice.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 teenagers and booked 2 rooms. It was for a family wedding and everything was perfect. Rooms were super clean, comfortable and beautiful decor. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. All our needs were met and the hosts were great with my son’s dietary needs and he was well looked after. Hyper allergic bedding was provided in my son’s room and nothing was too much for the hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to come back to Outwood House when we visit our family in Leeds. Thank you so much to Richard and Elspeth.
