The hotel and amenities were exceptional with comfortable beds and a balcony in our room. The staff in the restaurant was very kind and able, but the front desk staff was not. More than one staff member at registration was unable to speak basic English, did not have any help with getting a car to the airport, and were unable to recommend restaurants for out-of-town guests. Disappointing for such a nice place.
