Immaculate Newer Marriott Property I recently stayed in this hotel over a weekend, and had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, bright and has most amenities for a great hotel stay. My room was large, bright and had everthing In needed for a three-night stay. The fitness centre had a variety of modern and clean equipment, and I had a great workout. The free breakfast was plentiful, and overall, I had zero issues during my stay. I chose this hotel as it was highly rated across multiple hotel review platforms, and the price was excellent for a three-night stay. Check-in was seamless and fast. This hotel is close to shops, malls, restaurants and highways. If you are staying in North Little Rock, give this newer Townplace Suites a try.

The staff was excellent in helping us and taking care of our needs. We had a late night arrival, and Kendall went the extra mile in helping us get our room and get settled in. Overall, the room was very good. The living area is poorly litand the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to get rid of the steam from the shower but the bed was very comfortable. Television channels and even streaming services are limited. There are a couple of things that need to change. At breakfast the next morning, there was a long line. There is only one waffle maker. There needs to be at least three to accommodate the number of guests. We were there on a Tuesday morning and they were out of milk. Wal Mart is literally next-door. Someone should be authorized to go and get a couple gallons of milk. I was told the truck was not coming for 48 hours. The coffee bar is inadequate. The kitchenette in our room was excellent. If you wanted to cook your meals and not eat out, it would be easy to do so.
