Arrived after 12 hr travel day for 1 night until our other accommodations were ready, Didn't expect much but come on. Abandoned parking lot, dark, 20 minutes until someone came to office to check us in. Disgusting. Rat feces, live mice, toilets that don't flush with one toilet already been used. TV mounts on the wall with no tvs And this is the "Luxury Suite" We left immediately and when I disputed the charge was told that management said the room was clean and we stayed the whole time.

This "hotel" is a complete sh@$ hole!!! Rooms are disgusting! No front desk or security. Building looks abandoned. You have to walk to another building to speak to someone at the "front desk ", if anyone is even there!!! Took 2 days to get towels and washcloths. Absolutely none in room at check in. Toilet was plugged and overflowing with urine and feces. Two days later maintenance came to the door with a plunger and handed it to us and walked away. Kept getting locked out of the building and no one to assist. The only phone number is out of New York. They cannot even reach the front desk. Ended up leaving before we were scheduled to and was not refunded! Can't get ahold of anyone to help. Wish I could give 1000 negative stars. Definitely not what it looks like on the website.

Avoid Capital O Sunset Waves Hotel Myrtle Beach Oceanfront! The hotel is currently under renovation, which is understandable, but we have several issues. My mom's room had no TV (due to renovations, the staff said – not a huge deal), and the refrigerator didn't work, forcing her to buy a cooler and ice at Walmart. They are refusing a refund, citing the contract. Additionally, there were flies, beetles, and what looked like spiders in the room. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel; the negative online reviews speak volumes.
