I asked for at least change of towels and trash out each day. I made sure the do not disturb sign was off the door, yet 2 out of 6 nights we came back to no towels. One night the trash was the only thing done. I walked down to front desk and she gave me towels and stated no laundry service was the reason. The next time, I called down and another lady brought me two bath towels and 2 bath mats! The breakfast was awful, IF you could even get there on time. No cream except basic, and once breakfast was over.. no coffee at all! Hotel is new, but beds were very uncomfortable, and the bedding looked old. There’s other choices in Surprise, look for a different hotel.
