This was the first time I had stayed at a IHG (Holiday Inn) brand hotel in sometime and I assure you, it will be my LAST/ The lady at the front desk (Rachel) was very rude and I would like to think new as I checked in at 6pm and she said due to late checkouts they had no rooms away from the elevator which I always ask for. I said you do know it's 6pm right? Check-in was 3pm. THEN, NO TV in the room. It had some error code 771 BUT I could log in on my computer and watch TV through FUBO. No water in the room. No fridge in the room. No microwave, no closet or drawers and worse of all...NO COFFEE in the rooms. I will NEVER stay here again!!
