房间的空调太吵了,还半夜中跳电了一下,把我们都吓到了,配套设施和服务都不错,游泳池和滑滑梯小朋友最喜爱
先是看了其他人的点评 觉得新酒店不该如此.... 确实房间很小楼层矮(从价格比对)、有虫子、厕所没有排风扇、 床单有点脏、早餐虽然品种多但是味道也这样 是收购来改建的 硬伤有点

避雷这个新开的万豪,房间设施都OK。但是酒店周边环境完全没有弄好。 海景房直接面对垃圾场得感觉 ,携程工作人员协调换了两次房间。就想着差不多就得了,结果第二天早上9点就开始电钻,就是说要没装修好就别接待客人 ! 这房间算很隔音的那种,都能给电钻声吵醒! 实在不清楚在干什么 ,钻了几个小时。生生给吵醒。原本订了5天 ,第二天就给退房了。如果真的是想到海边度假的 ,真的避雷这个酒店,又贵。毛病又多。不适合度假。
非常漂亮的酒店,周边有很多饭店。酒店装修得很大气,门口有小朋友的泳池,一看就想带小朋友来度假,早餐超预期什么都有只有吃不下的。很

酒店大堂做的挺漂亮的,味道也很好闻,但是房间小的离谱,层高极低,我觉得低过我们日常家里住宅很多 最多两米吧?加上狭小的空间 整个很压抑。
早餐也没有点评里那么的好吃,每天都是一个样子,种类很少,和服务员点咖啡,整个早餐吃完了咖啡都没上来。
有一个很危险的事,我碰到两次。第一次别人家孩子在一楼的泳池呛水了,我老公把孩子救上来的,孩子已经很危险了。第二次是我自己孩子,因为游泳圈翻了呛水了,我老公把孩子救上来了,在游泳池旁边好一顿吐,整个过程进行到这里了,没发现有一个救生员和服务员过来。请问,儿童泳池旁边没有救生员这件事可怕吗?并且这个儿童泳池里有台阶,台阶下忽然就深了,对于低龄宝宝非常危险。
离店那天我闹肠胃炎发烧了,在早餐厅非常难受,我叫我老公去问服务员酒店有没有医生或者备用药,服务员近一句“没有”,扭头就走了。我想问这是一个五星级度假村应该有的服务和态度吗?你们在进行服务培训的时候没有进行过“峰值定律”这个环节吗?服务,五星级酒店的服务不是说只会讲“萨瓦迪卡”,哪怕没有医生没有药品,连句问候 连杯温水都没有…
总之,这次非常失望。住过体验感最差的万豪了。

酒店很差,房间望出去都垃圾堆,换了房间依旧都是纸盒垃圾堆还有烂泥潭,对客人很敷衍,酒店很小,房间更小,泳池水很脏,躺椅打扫不彻底,被蚂蚁咬的遍体鳞伤,至今很痒的状态,酒店并没有在意。不推荐,没有度假感,算是商务型小酒店。位置也不好,价格不值
