We selected Echo Suites/Wyndham in Reno for the kitchen-this was a road trip, and having the kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals for the week, saving money, time and eating healthier than we'd have done otherwise. The room was very clean, fitness room is good. All staff encountered were professional and friendly. First two nights I couldn't sleep due to overhead guest making a great deal of noise; this about ruined the trip for me. Next day I mentioned this at front desk, and Sheryl, without our asking for a room change, relocated us to a room on the top floor, which salvaged the entire week for us. That said, one often reads reviews regarding noise from other guests as being the fault of the building construction. However, I say that unfortunately, many folks aren't considerate enough to be mindful of the behavior-stomping around, loud voices, tv volume, dropping things, slamming doors-that make it so unpleasant for their fellow travelers. A hotel constructed in such a way as to be truly soundproof-well, you couldn't afford to stay there :)

We had a horrible experience checking into another hotel nearby. We called to check availability here. Brittany on the evening shift was amazing on the phone and in person! She was polite, understanding and accommodating. We were checking in later into the evening with two kiddos in tow. She made check in a breeze and overall was enjoyable. The rooms were nice, clean and roomy. Definitely recommend!
