I ended up checking out and getting a refund, this place was disgusting, im not a picky person but this place was bad, staff was very nice but seems like this is a rent by the month kind of place for homeless

I checked in 11-26-25 and started to get ready to settle in after a 8 hour drive. I pulled back the sheets and saw hair! I checked the 2nd bed and more hair! The sheets were not clean and they looked already slept in. I check out a replacement room and the same thing, wrinkled, stained, and hair sheets. I continued looking with the manager Amanda at 2 additional rooms. Dirty bathroom, stained sheets in both rooms. Finally we went to the 5th room and the sheets at least looked clean, still wrinkled badly including the pillow cases. I accepted the 5th room so we could finally rest. NO I WAS NOT PLEASED! I am asking for a refund for two nights. It was the night before Thanksgiving Day and rooms were unavailable in the area we were staying for less han $250!

Roaches and housekeepers dont take pride in cleaning the rooms and its allowed. The managers don't enforse cleanliness or care that the infestation is out of control. The place needs to be shut down for remodle asap and the druggies need to be eliminated

My room was filthy it really stunk like cigarettes the air filter in the room probably hasn't been changed in over 6 months and the bathtub was filthy crazy looking spots on top of the ceiling as well

TV had been punched and broken, staff forgot to clean my room or replace towels in between overnight

Never staying there again
The room was lacking clean towels, room floor was dirty, bedsheets stained with holes. The room was full of roaches including the bed. Dirty fridge with roaches as well. Posting pictures and screenshots of the video I took of the roaches. Very expensive for the disgusting and poor quality.

This is a patched over Motel 6. The room was rusty and the property was not maintained. The ice machine on the property was not reliable. The staff I encountered were not friendly. It much be a rough place to work.

Only one bath towel, half a roll of tp. Only shampoo, no soap. Asked for soap, got more shampoo. Room was moderately clean. Sheets were incredibly wrinkled.
制冰机坏了，洗衣房只有一台洗衣机和一台烘干机，而且很可能不能用，所以别用。房间门禁卡的刷卡机也总是坏的，所以每次都得有人给你开门。
