服务特别特别好 很热情 但是明显人手不够 只有一个人管前台和客房服务
房间很大 一房一厅一阳台一厨房一厕所 有洗衣机烘干机
但是设施特别的老旧 很脏很破 房间有一股很不舒服的味道 wifi特别特别特别慢
床品也不好 睡着不舒服
总之不推荐大家住这家

房间设施齐全，尤其是洗衣机和烘干机使用方便，特别对旅行者有益。房内干净整洁舒适，服务非常好。酒店周边有不少小商店和小餐厅，足以解决日常吃饭问题。酒店周边交通也很便利。推荐短期旅游者入住。

酒店位置很好，就在火车站和电车站旁边，周围有很多商店和餐馆，走一小段路就能到。不过，我的公寓显然没有彻底打扫干净，冰箱里还有前一个客人留下的食物，床单也没铺好。公寓的地毯和家具颜色很深，显得又黑又暗，白墙上还有很多划痕。酒店的维护工作真的需要加强了。

交通便利 楼下咖啡好喝
酒店位置离车站很近，非常方便。虽然旁边就是铁轨，但噪音并不困扰我。
服务方面，入住时拿到的服务内容说明上写着会打扫，但实际上并没有。
淋浴间有点灰尘，感觉不太好。
窗户不是窗帘，而是卷帘，所以外面能清楚地看到里面。
便利设施里没有牙刷和拖鞋。打电话问有没有洗碗剂，被告知要自己去大堂拿。当时洗完澡穿着睡衣，所以第二天早上才去拿。
房间设施齐全，竟然还有洗衣机和烘干机（！！！）。服务和阳台视野都非常棒。

这家酒店地理位置优越，是探索南亚拉周边地区的理想之选。火车站就在图拉克路（Toorak Road）的尽头，步行几分钟即可到达，乘坐火车两站即可抵达市中心。前往周边其他迷人的景点也同样便捷，例如普拉兰市场（Prahran Market）、布莱顿（Brighton，以著名的海滩小屋而闻名）等等。酒店员工热情友好，乐于助人，有求必应。房间非常舒适，配备齐全，让我们的住宿体验无比惬意。床很大，睡起来非常舒服。酒店还有一些我们没有使用的设施，例如健身房。
