Beautiful hotel. Clean. The staff we interacted with were great. Nice pool areas, gym, and plenty of spaces within the Tempo/Embassy to relax and enjoy alone or with family and friends BIG SHOUT OUT TO DAVID, one of the bartenders in The Summit Bar & Lounge. Great conversationalist, and amazing cocktails. Loved his sense of humor. Little cutie gave us a few great recommendations in the area. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back to the area and staying at this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Tempo by Hilton Pigeon Forge on a recent getaway to the Smokey Mountains. The hotel is great. We checked in on the app and went straight to our room. Room was modern, clean and quiet. We did not go to the 7th floor lounge, so I cannot speak to it, but overall the hotel is great. We stayed near the elevator (room) 646, but had zero noise issues. There is a water/ice dispenser near the elevator which is great for filling up water bottles. Parking is right by the elevator on the 1st floor so it is easy access to your vehicle. Super convenient location to the Island and lots of great restaurants, but also accessible by the back roads so you can avoid traffic as well. Will definitely stay here again. NOTE: other reviews said the thermostat lit up the room at night, but ours did not. Assume if that was an issue, it was fixed.

What a great experience! The concept of both hotels together is great. You get to enjoy the amenities of both. The hotel decor is simplistically beautiful. The outdoor space has amazing views. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has been open for a few months. The Tempo by Hilton Pigeon Forge is part of a complex shared with the Embassy Suites. The two hotels are physically connected. The problem is the layout is confusing and the signage is inadequate. The Tempo does not have its own front desk. The front desk is in the Embassy Suites. You can walk from the Tempo to the Embassy Suites indoors, but you have to guess where to go because there are no signs. I walked outdoors between the two until I figured it out. As far as I can tell, the entire Embassy Suites hotel is open to Tempo guests. That means the 7th floor restaurants, which have stunning views, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. The restaurant staff were excellent - fantastic service. There are lots of common spaces for vacationing families to hang out. The architecture is fairly interesting, with slightly nicer materials than a typical Hilton, including real tile and some stonework. The rooms are not luxurious - lots of particle board - but more upscale and detailed than a typical room. The bathroom is about average size but with a nice glass shower. I was here on business and the Wi-Fi internet was awful. About 25% of the time it was usable, but the rest of the time it was dreadfully slow. At one point I couldn't get anything to load for about 20 minutes. It seems to be a widespread problem in the hotel because the TV, including the internet-based cable system all the Hiltons have now, did not work either. I switched rooms because the TV didn't work in the first...and it didn't work in the second either. I see another review mentioning the same thing. This could be a really excellent hotel if they fix the TV/internet problems and add some basic signage.
