万豪旗下，房间很新，刚开四个月，店员会说英语，基本沟通够用，实在不行可以翻译，服务态度很好，他们这里有带柱子的房间，我不太喜欢，要求更换会答应，很爽快。距离卡拉柯伊码头走路十五分钟，海景房能看到大桥和附近的清真寺，总体还是不错的，推荐。
酒店位置很好，从地铁2号线karakoy走回去是个下坡比较近，出游基本上电车和公交都能解决。酒店到加拉太塔非常近，附近有不少当地人喜欢的小饭店。房间可以看到老城区的清真寺和大桥。在等待入住时，酒店赠送了当地特色饮品sahlep,房间干净整洁，打扫很及时。前台SETYT TAHA小哥非常热情告诉我们去公交搭车的路线，Yusuf帮忙查询清真寺在斋月是否开门参观。为我们的行留下美好的回忆。非常感谢。
前台SEYIT TAHA小哥很可爱哈哈，酒店入住非常愉快，地理位置也很好，去海边很方便，比较细节的是房间提供了220v和C口插座，万一忘记带转接头也不会有问题。前台有冰吧，需要冰块可自取，总体很满意。
整体不错，就是酒店去地铁站有点斜坡，距离很近，去机场两个地铁换乘下很快！卫生和服务很好，和朋友出行被当成情侣还送了饼干！
酒店位置很方便，地铁轮渡步行过去都不算太远。周围的餐厅选择也很多，各种价位都有。这个街区晚上是比较安静的，但也不会觉得危险。整体都很方便。
酒店才开业没多久，房间和设备都很新，也很干净。虽然房间不大，但是设计还挺合理的，东西很好收纳，两个大行李箱放房间里也不会很拥挤。
酒店员工也都热情友好，我们楼层的Mustafa 非常友善，每天早上都热情问候，会确保我们所需的一切都准备妥当。
舒适温馨，房间宽敞，地理位置优越，床垫和床上用品质量很好，睡得很香甜！
所有必需品一应俱全，每个房间都有吹风机和挂烫机。
非常感谢酒店员工，他们友善又细心。
