We stayed here for three nights and our room was only “cleaned” on the first day - that means making the bed and taking out the trash, that’s it. And they even left the trash bag (with trash) outside our room overnight!!!
On our second night of stay, there was no hot water in the shower. I had to call them to fix the problem.
Breakfast was very basic.
Staff were fine.
I do not recommend this place.

We were charged a "damage fee" and told it would be credited on our credit card after checkout. That did not happen. We stayed there one night in mid October 2025. Only there to catch our flight home. Two 70 year old grammas there for 12 hours. No communication from the hotel about return and no refund on credit card. Not happy. Never been charged a "damage fee" ever. I believe it's their way of scamming guests. I'm done with this hotel chain.

Some banks take several business days to show the release. We don’t keep these funds, and there is no charge from our side. 酒店刚刚翻新过,干净整洁,设施崭新。不过,热水需要一些时间才能热起来,但之后就很热了。酒店提供24小时机场班车服务,而且每小时一班,非常方便。我们对酒店的服务很满意。
非常便捷,前台工作人员也很棒。离租车机场都很近。非常方便。我很喜欢
房间跟汽车旅馆差不多,不过一分钱一分货吧。我住这里是因为它是拉玛达酒店集团旗下的,没想到他们的住宿条件这么差。地板是仿木地板,光脚踩上去特别滑。
早上六点半我起床准备洗澡赶飞机,结果发现水槽、马桶和淋浴间都没水。前台也不知道为什么,我只好要瓶装水洗脸、洗头、刷牙。离开的时候我要求退款,结果被拒绝了。如果我是拉玛达,我都会觉得把这家酒店列入我的酒店名单很丢脸。
我醒来时发现房间里没水。洗手不了,厕所也坏了,淋浴也没法用。但拉玛达酒店免除了我当晚的全部房费,没有收取任何费用。这真是太棒了。以后有机会我还会选择入住拉玛达酒店。当时全城停水了。
房间里没有冰箱或微波炉,所以我们不得不经常去大堂加热食物。总的来说,其他方面都不错。
